Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your plight, and we stand with you in prayer. We commend you for turning to God in this trying situation, and we agree with you that the light of Truth, Jesus Christ, should be brought into this situation. We are reminded of the scripture,

It is clear that you are facing a toxic individual in your workplace. First, we must remember that God's will is for us to be His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. We need to walk in truth and integrity. Yet it is also important to realize that this is spiritual warfare.

We must not forget that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. This also is true for this situation. We must pray, putting on the full armor of God, standing firm in Christ Jesus.

We praise God that you desire to respond with grace and patience, rather than anger. This is the command of our Lord,

"But I tell you, don’t resist him who is evil; but whoever strikes you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also." - Matthew 5:39 (WEB).

We also remember the words of the Apostle Peter,

For this is acceptable, if for conscience toward God a man endures grief, suffering wrongfully. For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God.

For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps - 1 Peter 2:19-21 (WEB)

For it is commendable if someone bears up under the pain of unjust suffering because they are conscious of God.

Know that it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and can pray for his intervention in this matter. If you believe in Jesus Christ, repent of your sins, and confess Him as your Lord and Savior then you can know that you will be saved and can rest in His promises. It is by the stripes of Jesus that we are healed. Only Jesus can raise us from the dead and give us eternal life.

We pray together with you on behalf of your workplace,

Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing a toxic work environment. We ask that You expose the evil, deception that is occurring in this place and that You turn the hearts of our leaders to understand the truth. We pray for the salvation of this individual who is causing division and strife, as You do not desire that any should perish but that all would come to repentance. We ask that You fill our friend with the fruit of Your Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—as they navigate this difficult situation. We pray that Your will be done and Your kingdom come to this workplace. In Jesus’ precious name we pray. Amen.

Be strong and courageous, knowing that God is with you and is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Continue to reflect the character of Christ in all you do, trusting that His justice will prevail.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
