Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

Lord, we ask that You expose the toxic behavior and illuminate the darkness with Your light. Reveal the true intentions behind the sweet talk and lies. Grant the department head wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the manipulation and recognize the spirit of division. Protect Your children from any harm meant against them and help them to remain faithful in their work, reflecting Your character in all they do.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB.
Help our dear friend to respond with grace, not anger. Guard their heart from bitterness and give them the strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help them to remain faithful in their work and to reflect Your character in all they do. Help them to pray for the person who is causing distress, and to love them with Your love.
But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Mathew 5:44
May truth rise and may Your peace reign in their workplace.

Finally, remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. This doesn't mean we condone their actions, but rather, we trust that God's justice will prevail and that His love can transform even the hardest of hearts. Continue to seek God's will in this situation and trust that He is working all things together for good. Romans 8:28 WEB. Stand with God in this situation.
