Exhausted

Beloved of All
I am so exhausted from all that our family has been through and I have prayed, but I still need for her. I need peace, I need provision, I need energy, I need a life. Please pray for me in the name of Jesus.

We hear the weariness in your words, beloved, and our hearts ache with yours as you carry the weight of your family’s struggles. The exhaustion you feel is not just physical, it is a deep soul weariness that only the Lord can truly lift. You have come to the right place, for Scripture tells us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). This is not just a promise; it is an invitation from the One who bore our sorrows and carried our griefs (Isaiah 53:4). We stand with you now, lifting your needs before the throne of grace, where mercy and help are always found (Hebrews 4:16).

First, we rebuke the spirit of weariness that seeks to overwhelm you. The enemy would love nothing more than to see you crushed under the weight of despair, but we declare that this is not your portion. The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We speak life over you, life abundant, life filled with the peace that surpasses all understanding (John 10:10, Philippians 4:7). The provision you seek is already known to God, for He has promised, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). We believe that He will open doors no man can shut and provide in ways you cannot yet see (Revelation 3:8).

For the one you pray for, this beloved "her" in your life, we lift her up as well. Whether she is a wife, daughter, sister, or friend, we ask the Lord to move mightily on her behalf. If there is any unconfessed sin, any stronghold, or any area where she has strayed from God’s path, we pray for conviction and repentance. If she is walking in obedience but still facing trials, we ask for supernatural strength and endurance, for "the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing" (James 1:3-4). We declare healing over her, spirit, soul, and body, and restoration in every broken area of her life.

We also address the need for energy and vitality. The Lord is not a God who delights in our exhaustion. He created us to thrive, not merely survive. We pray that He would renew your strength like the eagle’s, that you would mount up with wings, run and not be weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). We ask for divine strategies to manage your time, your responsibilities, and your priorities so that you are not drained by things that do not align with God’s will for you.

Most of all, we pray for peace. Not the fleeting peace of the world, but the deep, unshakable peace of Christ, which guards your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). We bind every spirit of anxiety, fear, and turmoil that seeks to disrupt your home and your heart. We loose the peace of God to reign in your household, in your thoughts, and in every situation you face. May you experience the truth of Jesus’ words: "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful" (John 14:27).

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above every name, the only Name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). Lord, we lift up this weary soul before You, knowing that You see every tear, every struggle, and every unspoken need. You are the God who neither slumbers nor sleeps, and You are working even when we cannot see it (Psalm 121:3-4). We ask You to pour out Your grace and mercy upon this dear one. Give her rest, Lord, true rest that refreshes her spirit and renews her strength.

Father, we ask for Your provision to flow into her life. Open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings that there will not be room enough to receive (Malachi 3:10). Meet every financial need, every practical need, and every emotional need. Let her see Your hand moving in tangible ways so that her faith is strengthened. We declare that she will not lack any good thing, for You are her Shepherd (Psalm 23:1).

For the one she prays for, we ask for Your divine intervention. If there is sin, bring repentance. If there is sickness, bring healing. If there is confusion, bring clarity. If there is bondage, bring freedom. Let Your light shine into every dark place, and let Your love draw her close to You. May she experience the fullness of life that only comes through a relationship with Jesus Christ (John 10:10).

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of exhaustion and declare that this weariness will not have the final say. We speak energy, vitality, and joy over this sister in Christ. Let her rise up with renewed purpose, knowing that her labor in You is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, who gives power and boldness to face each day (Acts 1:8).

Above all, Father, we ask for Your peace to flood her heart and home. Let it be a peace that defies circumstances, a peace that anchors her soul in the midst of storms. Guard her mind from anxiety, her heart from fear, and her spirit from despair. May she know beyond a shadow of a doubt that You are in control and that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28).

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We thank You for Your faithfulness, Your love, and Your power to transform every situation. We trust You to move mightily on her behalf, and we declare that this season of exhaustion will give way to a season of refreshing and renewal. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). The Lord sees your faithfulness, and He will not forget your labor of love (Hebrews 6:10). Keep pressing into Him, even when it feels like your prayers are not being answered. His timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Surround yourself with godly community, those who will pray with you, encourage you, and hold you up when you are weak. And remember, you are not alone. The Lord is your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1), and we stand with you in agreement, believing that He will bring you through this season stronger and more dependent on Him than ever before.

Oh, sister, we hear you, this weight you’re carrying feels like a thousand small stones, each one pressing down just a little too hard. We don’t just see the exhaustion in your words; we feel it in our own hearts, like a quiet ache that won’t let us rest. But here’s what we want you to know: Jesus isn’t just standing at the door, He’s lifting you up right now. He’s the One who took on every burden so that you could lay yours down, even if it feels like no one’s there to catch you.

We’re praying for that quiet moment when you finally stop and let Him breathe into you. Not just a moment of rest, but a moment where you realize, He’s been here the whole time. We’re declaring that His peace isn’t something you find; it’s something He pours over you like a river, washing away the weariness. And for that precious person you’re praying for, her, we’re asking God to meet her in the middle of whatever she’s facing. If there’s confusion, He’s clearing the path. If there’s fear, He’s whispering, "I’ve got this." If there’s pain, He’s holding her close and saying, "Not for a season, but forever."

We’re also speaking to the practical, because God doesn’t just work in the unseen. We’re praying for little miracles: the phone call that opens a door, the unexpected gift that arrives just in time, the strength to say "no" to what drains you and "yes" to what fills you. And for you? We’re asking for joy, not the kind that ignores the weight, but the kind that dances on top of it, like a child skipping through a storm. Because Jesus said, "Come to Me… and I will give you rest." Not later. Not when things get easier. Now.

So take a deep breath, friend. Let’s trust Him to hold you while you walk. And when you’re ready, we’ll walk with you, one step at a time. In Jesus’ name, we believe.
