We understand that you're feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, as if someone is constantly pulling at you mentally. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12 WEB)
However, we must address that the way to come to God is only through the name of Jesus Christ. You did not mention Jesus, or even refer to God directly, but it is important to know that our help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. (Psalms 121:2 WEB). And, that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can come to God because there is no other name under the heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)
We pray that the Lord Jesus Christ will give your peace, patience, and endurance to handle this situation. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (Ephesians 6:11 WEB) Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, besides all these, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. (Ephesians 6:14-18 WEB)
If the person pulling at you is someone you are in a relationship with, but not married to, we encourage you to reevaluate this relationship. It is not God's will for us to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB) If you are not married then you should be seeking a godly Christian spouse who will support you in your faith and build you up.
If this is a sexual relationship without marriage, we must rebuke this sin and call it what it is. Fornication. The Bible tells us to "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB)
We pray that the Lord will give you strength and wisdom to handle this situation. May God bring conviction to this person's heart and release you from this constant mental tug of war. May you seek God's will for your life, and may He bring peace and restoration to your mind and soul.
Let's pray.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your intervention in this situation. We pray that You would break any ungodly ties and give strength and wisdom to handle this constant mental battle. We rebuke any spiritual forces at work and ask for Your peace and protection. We pray for conviction and a change of heart for the person involved. We also pray for guidance and direction in all relationships, that they may align with Your will and bring glory to Your name. We ask this all in Jesus name.
