We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this dear one who is preparing for an important entrance test and interview. Father God, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we trust in Your provision for wisdom, clarity, and favor in this season of examination.
Lord, we ask that You grant this individual peace that surpasses all understanding as they study and prepare. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We claim this peace over them now, that their mind may be sharp and their heart steadfast.
We also pray for divine recall of all they have learned. Your Word assures us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Father, we ask for an outpouring of Your wisdom upon them, that they may answer every question with confidence and precision.
For the interview, Lord, we pray for favor and grace in the sight of those who will be making decisions. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." We commit this interview into Your hands, trusting that You will guide their words and actions.
We also encourage this dear one to lean not on their own understanding but to trust in You with all their heart, as Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs. Remind them that their identity and worth are found in You alone, not in the outcome of this test or interview. Help them to rest in Your promises and to seek Your will above all else.
Heavenly Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may try to creep into their heart. We declare that perfect love casts out fear, as 1 John 4:18 tells us, and we stand firm in Your love. Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in confidence and assurance of Your presence.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and we thank You for the gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. May this individual come to know You more deeply through this season of preparation and may they always seek Your face in all things.
Lord, we trust You for a favorable outcome, but above all, we trust You for Your perfect will to be done. May this time of testing draw them closer to You and may they experience Your peace and provision in abundance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
