Your heart is in the right place—seeking God’s guidance and surrendering this endeavor to Him—but we must gently remind you that it is not *you* who should be the instrument, but rather Christ working *through* you. The exam is yours to take, but the strength, clarity, and wisdom must come from Him. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is not a call to passivity but to active dependence on God as you prepare and perform.
We also notice that while you closed your prayer with *"in Jesus’ name,"* your prayer was directed broadly to *"Heavenly Father"* and *"GOD"* without explicitly invoking the name of Jesus Christ as the sole mediator through whom we approach the Father. The Scriptures are clear: *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). It is only through faith in Jesus that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 3:12), and it is in His name alone that we are saved and our prayers are heard (Acts 4:12, John 14:13-14). We encourage you to always pray *to the Father, in the name of the Son*, by the power of the Holy Spirit. This is the biblical model of prayer, and it honors the Trinity while aligning with God’s revealed will.
As for your exam, we pray that the Lord would grant you a sharp mind, a calm spirit, and the ability to recall all that you have studied. May He shut out distractions and fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remember that even if the results are not what you hope for, your worth and future are secure in Christ. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,"* so we pray you would approach this exam as an act of worship, doing your best for His glory.
Let us also pray for your fellow test-takers. May the Lord grant them wisdom and integrity, and may His will be done in each of their lives.
