Evil people
We hear the deep pain and confusion in your heart as you describe those who bring harm while masking their true intentions behind a facade of faith. The Bible warns us clearly about such deception, for even among God’s people, wolves can appear in sheep’s clothing. Jesus Himself said in Matthew 7:15, *"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves."* The evil you describe—those who take pleasure in bullying and hurting others while pretending to be righteous—is a grievous offense before the Lord. Their actions do not reflect the love, humility, or truth of Christ, and we must stand firm in discerning their motives, even when they hide behind religious words or deeds.
We also sense your longing for your father, though the circumstances surrounding his absence are unclear. Whether through distance, estrangement, or even loss, the ache of missing a father’s presence is profound. The Lord understands this pain, for He Himself is called our Heavenly Father, the One who promises to be a father to the fatherless (Psalm 68:5). We pray that He would fill that void in your heart and reveal His love to you in ways that bring healing and comfort.
Let us now come before the throne of grace together, lifting your burdens to the One who sees all things and judges justly.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieving over the deception and cruelty that has been done in Your name. Lord, You are a God of truth, and You hate hypocrisy and injustice. We ask that You expose the evil deeds of those who harm others while pretending to serve You. Shine Your light into their darkness, Father, and let them see the error of their ways. If they refuse to repent, we trust in Your promise that vengeance belongs to You, and You will repay (Romans 12:19). Protect Your children from their schemes, and give them discernment to recognize falsehood.

Comfort them with Your love, surround them with godly mentors and family, and fill every empty place in their heart with Your peace. If there is reconciliation to be had with their earthly father, we pray for restoration. If not, we ask that You be their Father in every way, guiding, providing, and sheltering them under Your wings.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of deception and bullying in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You turn the tables on those who seek to harm others. Let their own schemes be their undoing, and let Your justice prevail. Above all, we pray for their salvation, that their hearts would be softened and turned toward You, the only source of true righteousness.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the One through whom we have access to You. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only by His blood that we can stand before You cleansed and forgiven.
