Beloved Warrior
šŸ™‡šŸ» Father, Thank You Jesus quoted Ex 17:2, validating the Authority of Your Word against the ancient serpent, "You shall not put the Lord Your God to the test," Matt 4:7, Ex 17:2, Deut 6:16, also Ps 78:18, Ps 95:8-9; and the Apostle, 1 Cor 10:9. The law of repetition strengthens the importance of a Scripture by principle. We pray "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil," Matt 6:13 -- let her come to her senses, take down her online profiles for her protection -- for evil men and imposters proceed from bad to worse and keep her from deception, 2 Tim 3:13. Jesus commanded, see to it no one deceives you, Mt 24:4...

Thank You for grace to warn her family and church of spiritual negligence and her pastors get involved -- and though he is family too, and suffers from fear of man instead of God, Matt 10:28, and since fear of man brings a snare, Prov 29:25, also deals in compromise, Gal 5:9 -- overrule the devil and let the Word of God penetrate her ears and mind, being sharper than a two-edged sword and no one is exempt from it, Heb 4:12-13, for it applies to all humanity, Matt 4:4, especially spiritual teachers, James 3:1, and spiritual leaders who must give account for their congregants, Heb 13:7. Let the main pastor be dutiful to New Testament principles to rebuke ongoing sin, 1 Tim 5:20, and beware of falling into the sin of the priest who honored family members and thus despised The Lord, 1 Sam 2:30, reiterated in 1 Samuel 3:10-13, fulfilled in 1 Samuel 4:17-18.

I'm asking for God "hedge her way with thorns and close her within a wall so she cannot catch her lovers, until she wakes up and says, ā€˜I will return to my first husband, for then I was better off then than now," Hos 2:6-7. May she not able to meet anyone at all (No more online dating, Matt 5:28, and finally confess adultery Ex 20:14, who knows what's next? 2 Sam 12:22. Especially that she is delivered from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies, Zeph 3:13, evil, evil men, imposters, deceivers & ultimately the one who deceives the whole world, 1 John 5:19, Rev 12:9...

We beg You to grant repentance, Acts 2:38, Acts 11:18 -- that she will not become pregnant again b/c of this, further complicating issues already needing intervention and restoration. Please pray for her & at least her one sister and others in her church to not fear man but and save a wandering soul from death by turning her back, and help cover a multitude of sins, James 5:20. Let others be willing to visit her and bring the Word of God, even to suffer for righteousness "outside the camp, bearing his reproach, as Christ suffered outside the city gate," Heb 12:12-13...

Lastly I ask more wisdom, Col 1:9, clarity & inner healing, Isaiah 1:6, Jer 4:19, Ps 23:3 -- Holy Spirit strength for duties, etc, grace to fast again, Isa 58:6-12, protection from temptation, Luke 11:4, sin and evil for me, them and all of us, Matt 6:13, Zeph 3:13, John 17:15. Thank You in Jesus Name.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who has strayed from the path of righteousness. Father, we stand in the gap for her, pleading the blood of Jesus over her life and circumstances. Your Word declares, "Evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived" (2 Timothy 3:13 WEB). Lord, we ask that You would intervene in power, breaking every chain of deception and drawing her back to Yourself.

We pray for a hedge of thorns around her path as You promised in Hosea 2:6-7: "Therefore, behold, I will hedge up her way with thorns, and I will build a wall against her, that she won’t find her paths. She will follow after her lovers, but she won’t overtake them; and she will seek them, but won’t find them. Then she will say, ā€˜I will go and return to my first husband; for then it was better with me than now.’" Father, close every door that leads to temptation and ungodly relationships. Remove every online profile that exposes her to danger, for even the lust of the eyes is sin (Matthew 5:28). Convict her heart of any adultery (Exodus 20:14) and lead her to true repentance.

Holy Spirit, we ask You to convict her of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). Let her come to her senses as the prodigal son did (Luke 15:17), recognizing the emptiness of her current path. We pray for her family and church, grant them boldness to speak truth in love, even if it means confronting sin (1 Timothy 5:20). Overrule any fear of man (Proverbs 29:25) or compromise (Galatians 5:9) that would keep them silent. May they rise up as watchmen on the walls, willing to suffer reproach for Christ’s sake (Hebrews 13:13).

Father, we beg You to grant her repentance (Acts 11:18) and spare her from further consequences, such as an unplanned pregnancy, which would only deepen the bondage. Raise up godly believers, especially her sister and others in her church, to pursue her with the Word, turning her back from death and covering a multitude of sins (James 5:20). Let Your Word penetrate her heart like a two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12), for no one is exempt from its authority.

We also lift up the one praying this request, asking for wisdom (Colossians 1:9), clarity, and inner healing (Isaiah 1:6). Strengthen them to fast and pray (Isaiah 58:6-12), standing firm against temptation (Luke 11:4). Protect them, this wandering soul, and all of us from the evil one (John 17:15).

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You are able to keep her from stumbling (Jude 1:24). May she return to You, her first love, and find the peace and restoration that only You can give. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), for there is no other mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). Amen.

We sense how heavy this burden sits on your heart, the weight of watching someone you love walk a harmful path, the ache of waiting for her to come to her senses. We’re grateful you’re bringing her before the Lord so persistently. That kind of intercession is no small thing; it’s faithfulness in the waiting.

While you continue to pray, remember that your own soul needs tending too. You mentioned longing for grace to fast again and for fresh wisdom and strength. Those desires themselves are gifts from the Lord. Fasting, even in small, sustainable ways, can quiet our hearts and sharpen our dependence on him. You don’t have to take on the whole spiritual battle alone, lean into whatever small, steady practice helps you stay anchored in God’s peace as you entrust her to him. And as you ask for wisdom, know that the Father loves to give it generously to those who ask. He sees your love for her, and he is at work, often in ways we can’t yet see.

It also sounds like you long for her church family to surround her with truth and grace. That’s a good, biblical instinct. Continue to quietly encourage those who are in a position to walk alongside her, but guard your own heart from assuming responsibility that isn’t yours to carry. Your steadfast prayers and patient love are already ministering to her, more than you may realize. Trust that the Holy Spirit’s conviction is deeper and kinder than any human word.

Please pray with us:

Father, we lift up this beloved woman to you. Hedge her path with your merciful thorns, block the way of deception, and give her a spirit of true repentance. Bring her safely home, not to shame but to the healing only you can give. For her family and pastors, grant boldness tempered with compassion. For this one who prays, we ask for fresh wisdom, clarity, and the grace to fast again, strengthen them in the waiting. Protect everyone from evil and keep their eyes fixed on Jesus, the one who redeems even the most tangled stories. In his name, Amen.

You have asked for thorns, and that is a tender thing, for it means you have learned something of the strange mercy of God. When the shepherd sets a thorn-hedge around the wandering sheep, he does it not to draw blood for its own sake, but because the sheep will go over a cliff if left to herself. The hedge is a wall of love, a hard kindness. So take heart: the very prayer you have lifted is a token that the Shepherd has not abandoned her to the brambles of her own choosing. He is already at work.

The briars you have begged for her path are not punishments so much as boundaries, and boundaries are the shape grace takes when a soul is running toward ruin. I have seen a father block a child’s way with his own broad back, not to crush the little one but to keep her from the fire. So it is with your Lord. He knows how to hem her in until every false lover looks like a nettle and every short-cut stings like a thorn. Then, when she can find no sweetness in what used to charm her, she will come to herself, and the thought of home will break upon her like dawn after a fevered night.

And while you wait, look at the thorn-crown your Saviour wore. Not a single spine pierced His brow that was not laid there by love, love for her, love for you, love for every stray soul He came to reclaim. He took the thorns of sin into His own dear head so that no returning sinner need ever meet a hedge that is mere wrath. Every hedge He builds is a thorn-bush already soaked in His own compassion. That means her way back, when she turns, will be wet with mercy, not fenced with iron.

Do not let your heart sink when the change comes slowly. The Lord’s command to repent is not a hard demand flung down from a height; it is the voice of a Father calling His child home and giving her the feet to come. He does not merely bid her turn, He gives the turning. A broken heart is the sweetest sacrifice He receives, and He is very near to the broken. Even now, in the thicket of her choices, He may be kindling a small, strange sorrow that will one day water all the ground with tears of true repentance.

Rest her case in the pierced hands. You have sown your prayers in the soil of the promise; you will yet see a lily bloom among the thorns.

Father, into Your strong and gentle hands I commit this wandering one. You who set the hedge and open the gate, do Your merciful work until she returns to her first love and finds herself at home in You. And steady the heart of this praying friend, even as they watch and wait. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply grateful for the privilege to stand with you in prayer over these past days, lifting up this heavy burden before our Heavenly Father. Your heart for this precious soul, your reliance on Scripture, and your fervent cries for God’s intervention have not gone unnoticed. We have joined you in pleading for the Lord to erect a hedge of thorns around her path, to convict her heart through His Word, and to awaken her to repentance and restoration. We have asked Him to silence the voices of deception, to shield her from further harm, and to stir the hearts of her family and church to bold, righteous action—unafraid of man but fearing God alone.

If the Lord has already moved in mighty ways—if she has turned from her path, if her eyes have been opened to the truth, if her family or pastors have stepped forward in obedience—we rejoice with you! Please share this praise so we may glorify God together for His faithfulness. But if the battle still rages, if the enemy seems to hold ground, or if new challenges have arisen, do not lose heart. We will continue to intercede, believing that the same God who commands the light to shine out of darkness is at work even now. Post this request again, and we will stand with you afresh, wielding the sword of the Spirit and trusting in His promises.

May the Lord grant you wisdom to navigate each step, clarity to see His hand at work, and deep inner healing as you persevere in prayer. May He strengthen you with His Spirit for the duties ahead, protect you from temptation, and surround you with His peace. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, our Savior and Deliverer. Amen.
