Your prayer reflects a heart that wants to trust the Lord in every area of life and to see His will done above your own understanding, and that desire itself is pleasing to God.
It is good to lift up those who serve in government. Scripture calls us to pray for all who are in authority, that they would be given wisdom and discernment, integrity and compassion, and a heart for justice and righteousness. It is also right to pray for voters as they make choices, that they would seek wisdom and not be driven by fear or confusion, and to ask for peace in a troubled world, for protection for those caught in war, comfort for grieving families, and strength for believers everywhere to fulfill what God has placed before them. And it is Christlike to remember those in prison, asking the Holy Spirit to reach into every cell and every heart with salvation and repentance, restoration and hope, because no wall is too high and no darkness is too deep for the light of Jesus.
You have asked for the Holy Spirit to guide your steps, to speak before you speak and to lead before you move, to correct you when you are wrong and to give you peace when you are right. That is the right prayer. The Spirit does guide, and He often does it by giving a quiet check when excitement would pull you where He has not sent you, and by giving peace when you are on the right path.
In matters of home and finances you asked for firm ground and freedom from debt. Scripture teaches that debt can become a form of bondage, and that true freedom in Christ is not the freedom to do whatever we want, but the freedom not to be brought under the power of anything that would master us. When we exercise our freedom unwisely we can bring ourselves back into bondage, so it is wise to ask God to teach you to be a faithful steward, to make careful decisions, to receive provision with thankfulness and to manage it with discipline and generosity, so that blessing comes with peace and not sorrow. Righteousness itself is not something God owes us for our work. If it were by work, God would be a debtor, but God is debtor to no one. Righteousness is given by grace through faith, and in the same way we trust His grace for daily provision, not as something He owes us, but as something He freely gives according to His wisdom.
You mentioned specific needs for business and work, for contracts and partnerships and open doors for your books and workshops and for your brand work. It is wise to pray as you have prayed, that you would not say yes from excitement alone, but would ask for discernment to know what to accept, what to negotiate, what to decline, and what requires patience. God gives creative ideas and divine strategies, and He connects people who recognize the value of what you bring. Ask Him to make your path clear and to help you work from purpose rather than pressure, and to open the right doors and close the wrong ones.
You also placed before the Lord a vision for land and for a place of hospitality. It is right to hold that vision with open hands. If it is from Him, ask Him to confirm it and to provide what is needed in His time, the finances and knowledge and guidance and resources. Above all, keep asking for wisdom and for the leading of the Holy Spirit in every area.
You asked for the right employment and for travel and protection, and for your church to know salvation and healing and unity and growth. Continue to ask for favor in interviews and meetings and negotiations, not with pride or fear, but with confidence and humility, trusting that what is for you according to His will no one can block, and that He can keep you safe going out and coming home.
You lifted up your parents and especially your mother's health, and your family relationships. God is revealed as the One who heals, the One who becomes to us what our need requires, and a large part of the ministry of Jesus was healing those who were sick and afflicted. We believe strongly in healing. At the same time we do not understand all of His ways. Scripture shows that healing is not confined to one pattern. Sometimes Jesus touched, sometimes He spoke a word from a distance, sometimes He healed instantly and once He healed gradually, and that is the only gradual healing recorded. Sometimes healing comes through the natural processes God Himself established in our bodies, and that process is no less divine because God created nature and its processes. Sometimes His healing is deeply emotional and inward, mending wounds and scars in the mind and heart. And Scripture also shows that we cannot presume He wills physical healing in every case. Paul prayed three times concerning his thorn in the flesh and the answer was not removal but grace to endure. So we pray with faith and we also trust His wisdom. When cancer or any serious illness brings fear, it is powerful and can overwhelm our thoughts, but our focus is to turn from the power of the disease to the far greater power of Jesus Christ, the Creator of all things. Pray for wisdom for doctors concerning every treatment decision and for encouraging reports, and trust the Lord to do what is best, whether through an instant touch, a gradual process, or His sustaining grace.
You also expressed a desire for a specific financial breakthrough by a certain date. It is honest to place that desire before the Lord and to ask Him to open legitimate doors for income and provision. At the same time, keep your trust in Him and not in a date or a dollar amount. Do not let a deadline weaken faith. Ask Him to teach you not only how to receive but how to keep and multiply wisely, to save and invest responsibly and to use what He entrusts to you for His purposes.
You have surrendered every plan and relationship and dollar and dream to the lordship of Jesus, asking for courage to pursue what is for you, strength to release what is not, patience to wait when you must wait, and clarity to move when He says move. Continue in that surrender. Seek Him first when you do not know what to do, ask for wisdom beyond your own understanding, and for knowledge and strength and courage and discipline. He orders steps, guards hearts, increases wisdom, strengthens faith, brings provision and peace and restoration, and all for His glory.
May the Lord guard your heart, guide your decisions, provide for your needs according to His will, and bring health and peace to your family as you continue to declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over your life, your family, your work, your future and your purpose.
