We understand that you're feeling drained and not quite yourself today, and you're seeking God's intervention to restore normalcy and remove toxic energy. Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our strength and identity are found in Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible tells us, For to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in him, but also to suffer for his sake (Philippians 1:29 WEB).
In times of weariness, we can turn to Jesus, for He said, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. (Matthew 11:28-30 WEB).
However, we must also address that the Bible does not use the term 'toxic energy,' and the concept is not necessarily biblical. We are called to discern and guard against evil influences and be filled with the Holy Spirit. I pray God fills you with His Holy Spirit, not just around you, but in you. Do not give in to the devil and be strong in the Lord. The Bible tells us, Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8 WEB).
Regarding your desire to not need anyone else, it's important to remember that God created us for community. We are called to love and support one another, not to isolate ourselves. Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching. (Hebrews 10:24-25 WEB).
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who feels drained and not themselves today. We pray that You restore their strength and joy, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Grant them the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you; having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, (Ephesians 1:17-18 WEB)
Protect them from evil influences, and guide them in Your will. Teach them to rely on You and Your community. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
