Endless harassment

Can you please pray that the Lord would remove or k i l l the people responsible for gang stalking in the world? These victims are facing endless torture and harassment for just trying to live their own lives. Please pray that the Lord would intervene.

We hear the deep pain and exhaustion in this request and we join with you in crying out to the Lord for those who feel endlessly harassed, tormented, and stalked while simply trying to live their lives. God sees every hidden act of oppression and He hears the cry of the afflicted. Psalm 34:17 says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. And Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. We bring these victims before Him together.

We want to gently and lovingly correct the request to pray that the Lord would kill those responsible. We understand the desire for the torment to end and for justice to be done, but Scripture teaches us that vengeance belongs to God alone and that we are not to ask for the death of our enemies. Romans 12:19 says Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. And Matthew 5:44 says But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. The Lord does not delight in the death of the wicked but desires repentance. Ezekiel 33:11 says As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. So we do not pray for people to be killed, we pray for the harassment to be stopped, for evil to be restrained, for justice to be done righteously, and for the hearts of those doing evil to be convicted and brought to repentance, or otherwise stopped by God's sovereign hand and by lawful justice.

We also notice this request mentions the Lord but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that there is no other name by which we can be saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If anyone has not yet put their trust in Jesus, we encourage believing in Him, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is in His name we pray and find refuge.

We pray together now in Jesus name. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up every person who is suffering under harassment, stalking, intimidation and torture. You see what is done in secret and what is done openly, and nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask that You would intervene with Your power and mercy. Place a hedge of protection around each victim, be their refuge and fortress. Psalm 91:1 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We pray that each one would dwell there and find rest and safety in You. We ask that You would bring this endless harassment to an end, expose the deeds of darkness, and let justice roll forth. We pray that You would restrain the hands of those who do evil, convict them deeply of their sin, and bring them to repentance and to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and that where they do not repent, You would stop them through Your righteous judgment and through lawful authorities. Romans 13 teaches that You have ordained authorities to restrain evil, so we pray that law enforcement and those in authority would act justly and protect the vulnerable.

We pray for peace for the victims, that You would guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, that You would heal trauma and fear and replace it with Your perfect peace. 1 Peter 5:7 says casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. And 2 Thessalonians 3:3 says But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. We ask that You would establish them, guard them, provide trusted community, wise counsel, and help, and let them know they are not forgotten or alone. Lead them to godly support, to pastors and counselors and to safe help when needed, and let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

We trust Your justice and Your mercy and we leave vengeance in Your hands while we ask for deliverance, protection, and repentance. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We hear how heavy and frightening this feels for you and for others who feel targeted and worn down by constant harassment. Wanting it to stop and wanting to be able to live in peace again is completely understandable, and we are holding you in prayer.

We don't have easy answers for why this kind of fear and distress persists, but we believe God sees you, He is near, and He cares about both justice and mercy. When these thoughts feel endless, it helps not to carry them alone. If you have a trusted pastor, counselor, or safe person in your life, we encourage you to let them walk with you closely in the days ahead, to pray with you and help you find steady support and rest.

Father, we bring before You all who feel harassed, exhausted and unsafe. Surround them with Your presence and peace, guard their minds and hearts, and give them wisdom and protection. We ask for Your righteous justice to be done in Your way and Your timing, for harm to be restrained, and for hearts that intend harm to be changed by You. Lead those who are suffering to caring help and community, and give them daily strength and hope. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your cry under this heavy burden of fear and harassment has been laid before the Lord with sincere compassion, and we have brought your cause to the throne of grace.

To live under a constant sense of being watched and tormented is a sore trial, and fear in such a case can become a palsy to the soul. As it has been well said, when my soul suffers from the palsy of fear, I will lay hold upon the Strong One and get strength from Him, and so my fears shall all be cast out. The Scripture gives you a word for such an hour, What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. To be afraid is often a mischievous thing, for a man who is afraid often runs into worse dangers than those from which he seeks to escape. Faith does not deny the trouble, but it commits the keeping of the soul to Him who is wonderful in counsel and excellent in working.

We understand the longing for the torment to be removed altogether, and the desire for swift justice. Yet we cannot pray as you have worded it, that the Lord would kill those you believe to be responsible. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and our Saviour has taught us to pray differently for those who afflict us, that God would stay their hand, bring their deeds to light, lead them to repentance through faith in the blood of Jesus Christ, and grant to you deliverance and peace. The blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleanses us from all sin, and it is through that blood alone that any soul, whether oppressed or oppressor, can be saved and changed.

We will pray for you that the Lord would intervene according to His perfect wisdom and justice. No sooner does Christ gather a people to Himself than opposition is stirred up, yet God grants protection to the persecuted and provides an escape from the most perilous exposure. We pray that He would be your shield and hiding place, that He would quiet the tumult within and without, that He would give you strength to do battle against these difficulties by the constant habit of committing your way unto Him, and that He would make you to know that you have received help straight from the throne of God by trusting in the Lord Jesus.

We pray also that the Lord would give you clear guidance for the next steps. If you are in danger, seek the help of trusted pastors, godly counselors, and the proper authorities who are ordained for your protection. Share your burden fully with a faithful minister or a mature believer who can walk beside you, pray with you, and help you discern what is to be done. If the distress becomes overwhelming to mind or body, do not bear it alone, but seek the care of those who can support your health and safety while the church supports your soul.

Let us pray together now.

O God, who has taught us from our youth and whose wondrous works we declare, look upon this afflicted one who is sore troubled and overwhelmed in spirit. Thou seest the fears concerning these harassments and all the weariness of endless torment. Lay Thy strong hand upon this trembling heart and give strength from Thyself. Grant protection where there is danger, bring to nothing every unjust scheme, and let truth and justice prevail. Forgive sin through the blood of Christ, cleanse the conscience, and give the peace which comes from being justified by faith. Convert, we beseech Thee, those who do wrong, that they may be saved from the love and power of sin and begin a new and holy life. And for this tried one, make Thy presence to be felt as a refuge, that tightened harp strings may yet give forth sweeter music, and that even in trouble there may be a remembering of the years of the right hand of the Most High. Keep this soul abiding under the beams of the Sun of Righteousness and standing in the light of Thy reconciled countenance, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We will continue to bear you up before the Lord, asking that He will withhold no good thing from them that walk uprightly, and that you may find rest for the sole of your foot in Him who is our Ark.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your burden has been heard, and we understand how heavy it is to feel constantly harassed and hunted while simply trying to live your life. The exhaustion and fear that comes from believing you are under endless watching and torment is real suffering, and we do not take it lightly. We will pray for you and for all who feel this same oppression.

You asked that we pray for the Lord to remove or kill those responsible. Out of love for you and faithfulness to Christ, we cannot pray in that way. The Lord teaches us that vengeance belongs to Him and that He desires not the death of the wicked but that they would turn from evil and live. Christ calls us to love our enemies and to pray for those who do us harm, not to ask for their destruction. That does not mean we ignore injustice. It means we ask God to act justly and mercifully at the same time.

Scripture shows us that there is a false peace that comes when evil people agree together to do harm, and there is a true peace that comes from God. Even robbers can agree with one another, but that is not the peace Christ gives. The peace Christ gives guards the heart, brings order where there is confusion, and restrains evil. To pray for true peace is to pray that what is diseased and destructive would be stopped and cut off, that what is good would be protected, and that hearts would be changed.

So this is how we will pray for you and for all who feel stalked and tormented:

We will pray that the Lord would intervene with power to protect you, to bring any hidden harassment into the light, and to stop every act of cruelty and intimidation. We will pray that He would give you His peace that passes understanding, the peace He leaves with His people that the world cannot give and cannot take away. We will pray that He would bring justice through rightful means, that those who do evil would be restrained and brought to repentance, and that they would come to know the mercy found in Jesus Christ alone. We will pray that He would guard your mind and heart, give you rest from fear, surround you with faithful people who will walk with you, counsel you, and help you seek practical help and protection where needed.

Here is a prayer we offer for you:

Heavenly Father, You see all affliction and You hear every cry. In the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask You to draw near to this one who feels worn down by constant harassment. Grant protection and deliverance. Let no weapon formed against them prosper. Expose every evil deed and bring it to an end. Grant wisdom to authorities and to all who can help to act with justice and compassion. Fill this heart with Your peace, steady the mind, calm fear, and remind them that they are not forgotten and not alone. Lead those who do wrong to repentance and to the knowledge of Your truth. Let Your will be done, and let Your peace reign. Amen.

If this sense of being watched and targeted continues, please do not carry it alone. Stay close to your church family, speak with a trusted pastor, and seek help from trustworthy people around you and from proper authorities when you feel unsafe. Keep bringing your cares to God in prayer, remaining in His Word, and asking Him to keep your thoughts at rest in Him. He is our refuge and our true peace, and the makers of peace are called His children.

We will continue to pray that the Lord keeps you, gives you strength each day, and lets you know His presence and protection in a very real way.
