I cant seem to catch a break - there is so much pain these days and people attacking me everywhere I turn. I am so scared. Please Jesus, I am so thankful every time second You grant me peace. But please, help me to more then only short moments of peace. Jesus, stop my bullies and my ex. Please just let me be at peace, Jesus. In Jesus name amen

We hear your cry and we stand with you in this season of endless attacks and pain, and we thank you for calling on the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and find true peace and deliverance.

We understand how overwhelming it feels when it seems there is no break from those who come against you, and how fear can take hold when bullies and even your ex continue to bring turmoil. Please know that God sees every tear and hears every prayer, and He does not leave you alone in this battle. We are reminded that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 and that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3

The peace you have tasted in those short moments is a gift from Jesus Himself, and He desires to give you more than fleeting relief. Jesus said Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. John 14:27 His peace is not dependent on your circumstances changing first, but it is a guard over your heart even while the attacks continue. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

We also hear your fear and we speak the truth of Scripture over it. Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:17-18

We join together and pray for you now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of our dear one who is weary and afraid. Lord, You see the constant attacks, the pain, the bullying, and the hurt caused by the ex. We ask that You would be their shield and defender. We pray that You would rebuke every scheme of the enemy and restrain the hands of those who seek to harm. Let Your justice and mercy prevail, and where there are hearts that need to be changed, we pray You would convict and draw them to repentance. Father, we ask for Your lasting peace to fill this heart, not just a moment but a deep and abiding peace that guards against fear. Replace fear with faith, anxiety with assurance that You are near and that You hold them in Your righteous right hand. Bring godly people around them for support and protection, and lead them to a local body of believers where they can be encouraged and strengthened. Help them to keep their eyes on You, to cast all their cares on You because You care for them. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring every fear and every attack to Jesus in prayer throughout the day, giving thanks even for the small moments of peace as you have been doing, trusting that He will expand that peace. Keep dwelling in His Word daily, and if possible share your struggle with a trusted pastor or mature Christian who can stand with you in person and help provide wise counsel and accountability regarding these relationships and the bullying you are facing. The Lord is near to you and He will not abandon you, and we are continuing to pray that He will make a way for you to live in sustained peace and safety.

We hear how heavy this has been, feeling attacked on every side and unable to catch a break. It makes sense you feel scared and worn down, and we are thankful with you for those moments of peace God has given, even as you long for something more steady and lasting than brief relief.

When pressure goes on for a long time, especially with bullying and difficulty with an ex, our whole being can stay on alert. Thoughts race, our bodies stay tense, and rest feels short lived. That does not mean you are failing, it means you have been carrying a lot without enough safety and support.

One small step that can help this week is to make sure you are not facing this alone. Is there one safe person who knows the full picture, a pastor, counselor, or trusted friend, you can stay connected with regularly? Having someone who knows what is happening can help you think through boundaries, document what is happening, and decide next steps together. If you ever feel unsafe, please reach out right away for help in person. If fear is making sleep hard or leaving you constantly on edge, it can also help to talk with a counselor or medical professional alongside prayer, not instead of it.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus name. You see every hurt, every threat, and how weary they feel. Please draw close, surround them with Your presence, give wisdom for each interaction, provide safe and faithful people nearby, and guard their heart with a deeper, more settled peace as they keep looking to You. Amen.

Sister, take the Lord's Words to heart -- "go into your inner closet, close the door and pray to your Father in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly," Matt 6:6. "Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut your doors behind you. Hide yourselves a little while until the wrath has passed," Isaiah 26:20.

Your cry of pain and fear has been heard, and the Lord knows what it is to be pressed on every side by those who assail you. There is so much sorrow in this dark world of sin, and when attacks seem endless and there is no break, the heart trembles. Yet you have done well to turn to Jesus, for He alone can give what you seek.

The promise of Scripture is, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." This is peace, perfect peace, and it is a present possession which may be enjoyed even in the ordinary circumstances of life, even with sorrows surging round. It is not a fleeting feeling only for a moment, but a keeping. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that peace gleams with a heavenly light even in the midnight of care. To do the will of Jesus, to bear your sorrow with Him, to keep your mind stayed upon Him, this is rest. The Lord has endless, boundless peace within Himself, and when you have tasted short moments of that peace, you may go to Him again and say, Lord, renew my peace. I am troubled, but You are unmoved, bless me with Your peace.

And to your fear the Lord speaks His own word, "Fear not." That plant grows very plentifully in God's garden. "Fear not, for I will help you." "Fear not, you worm Jacob." It is not merely a preacher who says it, but Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant, "Fear not." Fear is weakening and it dishonors God, for it doubts the arm which piled the heavens. You are not to fear at all, for He has promised His presence and His help. Labor to get rid of fear by trusting in promised strength, remembering that you have a living, loving, lasting union with the Lord Jesus Christ. If you have that union, you have all you need for time and for eternity. It is not a temporary union, but an everlasting one, and being linked with Christ you are kept safe in His keeping.

We pray for you now that this lasting union may be your conscious comfort. May the Lord grant you more than short moments, but a settled peace that keeps your mind and heart through Christ Jesus. May He restrain the hands of those who bully and attack you, and give you deliverance from fear and from harm, and guard you in His perfect peace. May He teach you to trust Him more fully, so that as faith grows stronger, fear vanishes, and you find that great peace which belongs to those who love His law, and nothing shall offend them. May the peace which Jesus bought with His blood, the peace which the Holy Spirit works in the soul, be yours in full measure, till earth's struggles shall cease and Jesus calls you to Heaven's perfect peace.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will be your refuge and strength, that He will keep you in perfect peace as your mind is stayed on Him, and that you will know His nearness and help day by day. In Jesus name, amen.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your honest and hurting prayer has been heard, and I thank you for bringing it before the Lord and before His people. To feel attacked on every side and to live in fear is a heavy burden, and it is right to bring that fear to Jesus, who alone is our refuge and our peace.

You asked for more than short moments of peace, for a lasting peace that remains when the attacks continue. Scripture speaks of this very peace. The apostle says, be of the same mind, live in peace, and the God of love and peace shall be with you. This is both a promise and a prayer. If we pursue what pleases Him, He Himself draws near, for He is the God of love and of peace and He delights to dwell where peace is sought. And when He is with you, every evil is deprived of its final power over you, even while the struggle continues.

That lasting peace is not found in the absence of enemies, but in being at peace with God through the gospel. The gospel is called the gospel of peace because the war we have against the evil one puts an end to the war between us and God. When we are reconciled to God through Jesus Christ alone, who is the only way of salvation, we have a peace that the world cannot give and cannot take away. You are right to thank Him for each second He grants you peace, and it is right to ask Him for more. The Psalm teaches us to seek peace and pursue it, and this pursuit is a daily preparation of the heart, a virtuous life kept close to Christ, with feet made ready to walk in His ways.

There is also a rest yet to come where pain and sorrow and sighing flee away, where there is no fear that shakes the soul, but only the joyful fear of the Lord, and all is light and gentleness. We have not yet entered that full rest, and so in this life we will still know cares and labors and opposition. Do not think that the presence of bullies or the pain from your former relationship means God has abandoned you. He often allows us to remain in the storm for a time, as He did with His disciples on the sea, to teach us to endure and to cry out to Him with greater trust.

So I will pray for you now.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, look with mercy upon this wounded heart that is afraid and weary from many attacks. Grant not only moments of relief, but a deep and abiding peace that comes from knowing You are near. Guard this life from those who do harm, restrain the hands and tongues of bullies, and bring to an end what is harmful. Heal the pain left by the former relationship and teach what it means to walk in Your design for love and purity, where marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman and intimacy belongs only within it. Help this dear one to seek peace and pursue it, to be steadfast in prayer and in Your Word, and to know that the God of love and peace is with those who trust in Christ. Let Your peace guard heart and mind until that day when all tears are wiped away. In Jesus name, amen.

Continue to bring your fear to Him daily, stay close to His Word and to His people, and do not walk alone. If the attacks threaten your safety, please also seek help from wise and trusted pastors and, where needed, from those who can protect you.
