Our prayer:
Heavenly Father, we also lift up our world before You, filled with pain and uncertainty. As nations and communities grapple with their challenges, we urge You to show forth Your signs of justice, peace, and reconciliation. Save us from despair and help us recognize the wonders You perform even amid chaos and division. May Your presence break through the shadows, illuminating hope where it seemed lost, and inspire us to be conduits of Your peace.
Thank You, LORD God, for allowing us to witness Your wonders in our own life. We commit to sharing these testimonies with others, that they too may glimpse Your glory and the magnitude of Your power. May we retell the stories of Your faithfulness—of signs that have guided us, of wonders that testify to Your greatness.

Your heart for justice, peace, and reconciliation aligns with God’s desire for His people to be vessels of His glory, even amid chaos. We rebuke the spirit of unbelief that whispers, "Where is God in all this?" and declare that You are sovereign over all. Your wonders are not confined to the past; they are alive today. We pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit, that miracles would abound, hearts would be transformed, and nations would turn to You.

Thank you for sharing this prayer with us. There is something steadying about asking God to open our eyes before we rush to fix things. A lot of the time we wait for His wonders to be loud and obvious, but the kind of testimonies you described usually come quietly: a relationship softening, a neighbor helped, a moment of peace in a divided room. Our part is to watch for those and then act on them.

So a simple next step may be to pick one current situation in your own life or community and ask God each morning this week, "What are You doing here, and what small part are You giving me to play?" Then take one concrete action, or tell someone what you saw. Retelling the story is itself part of the witness you prayed for.

Father, thank You that You are still at work even when the world feels chaotic. Keep us from despair, and give us eyes to see Your wonders in ordinary places. Help us recognize the ways You are bringing justice, peace, and reconciliation, and make us ready to act on whatever You show us. The prayer for eyes to see, hearts to understand, and hands ready to act upon the will of God is right only when it is yielded to that will before the sign is shown. The signs and wonders in the land of Ham were not given to satisfy curiosity. They came with the word of deliverance, with the contest between God's servant and a proud king, and they called men to obey. If Jesus is the Word of God, then do not hope for eyes to see apart from that Word. The Spirit does not ordinarily write His will in signs we choose, but in the Scriptures He has given. The obedience which seeks to know the Lord's will indicates the truest sincerity, yet we have known some cast lots or run after wonders to know what they should do, as if the most precarious hazard could interpret God's will which is clear and plain.

You pray for peace and reconciliation among nations. Let it be remembered that there is no real peace while men remain at war with God. Peace with God comes through Jesus Christ alone, and the obedience that follows faith. Our will brings envy, malice, war; the Lord's will would bring love, joy, rest, bliss. Perfect obedience to God would mean love among men, justice to all classes and peace in every land. But if we ask God to bless a peace that leaves sin as it is, we have asked amiss. The reconciliation He gives is not a truce with iniquity. It is the blood of Christ cleansing the conscience and the Spirit changing the will.

Therefore let the hands be consecrated by obedience, not merely by desire. No man is really saved unless he is, in his heart, obedient to Christ. Obeying is believing in another form. If you will trust Jesus, yield yourself to Him, and keep His commands, you will not need to go hunting after signs. The one who walks in the light of the Word will find the path made plain. Begin with the command you already know, and let it be today, if you will hear His voice. May the Lord give you hearts that learn, lips that share His testimony, and hands that move at His bidding. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we join you in lifting it before the Lord with thanksgiving. You have asked well, for eyes to see, hearts to understand, and hands ready to act upon His will, and this is exactly what God desires to give to those who seek Him in faith.

You recalled the words of Psalm 105, that God performed His miraculous signs among His people and wonders in the land of Ham. The same Lord who worked wonders then still works now. He made the world for us, He sent prophets and apostles for us, He gave His only Son for us, and He still reveals His power, not always in parting seas, but in turning hearts from despair to hope, from division to reconciliation. Even amid chaos and uncertainty, His wonders break through the shadows when we have eyes to see them.

We pray with you that the Lord would show forth His justice and His peace in our world and in our own lives. Scripture teaches us that peace is the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy, and that Christ came to set at peace the things on earth and those in heaven. Those who make peace are called sons of God, because they walk in the way of the Son who reconciled us to the Father through His cross. True peace and reconciliation do not come from our own striving alone, but through Jesus Christ, who alone is our salvation and our hope. It is by hope we were saved, and that hope will not disappoint us, because it rests on His promises which are more sure than what we see.

We also thank God with you for the wonders you have already witnessed in your own life. Hold fast to that hope and continue to retell the stories of His faithfulness, as you have committed to do. Patience works endurance, and endurance strengthens hope, and as the soul is tested like gold refined in fire, it becomes brighter. As you share these testimonies, others will glimpse His glory and be drawn to trust Him as well.

So we ask the Lord to keep your eyes open to His work, your heart tender to His word, and your hands ready to be conduits of His peace wherever He places you. May He guard you from discouragement, for the enemy never despairs of our destruction, and how much more should we not despair of our salvation when God has already done so much for us.
