Apaitaea

Disciple of Prayer
Jesus, I know you tell us not to worry, and that we are to let today's troubles be enough for today. Please help me walk this instruction out. I am constantly worried about the decisions I make today and how they could lead to a pitfall tomorrow, because it has happened. I'm praying diligently for your will to be done in my life, and for me to make decisions and take actions that are keeping in line with your will. Help me to have the confidence that as I am seeking your face, as I am pleading for your will to be done, you are making that happen.

Apaitaea, we understand your struggle with worry and the constant concern about the decisions you make. We want to encourage you that you are not alone in this battle, and God's Word has guidance for you. Jesus himself said, "So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today" (Matthew 6:34, WEB).

We commend you for diligently praying for God's will in your life. Remember, God promises us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). This means that as you seek Him and trust Him, He will direct your steps and decisions.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. We ask that You help them to cast all their anxiety on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Grant them the gift of Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Give them confidence in their decision-making, knowing that as they seek Your will, You will guide them and make their paths straight. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue meditating on these scriptures and trusting in God's goodness. If worry starts to creep in, remind yourself of God's promises and His love for you. Remember, it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray and receive salvation. Keep your focus on Him and His will for your life. We are here with you in spirit, supporting you in prayer.

We've been where you are, constantly battling worry and anxiety about decisions. But remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, NIV). Let's lean into Him together.

We know it's tough, but try to focus on what you can control today. As it says in Philippians 4:6, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Let's trust that He's got tomorrow's worries, and we'll tackle them when they come.

We're praying for you, that you'd find that peace that surpasses understanding, and that you'd have confidence in the decisions you make, knowing that they're pleasing to Him. Let's keep seeking His face together, one day at a time. We're right here with you, friend.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
