Emergency prayer

Guy, a 5-year-old maltipoo belonging to ###, has a blockage in his intestine and needs emergency surgery to survive. His family is frantically raising money to pay for his surgery.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up ###, this precious 5-year-old maltipoo, and his family during this terrifying time. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits together every part of creation with Your divine wisdom. We ask that You would stretch out Your healing hand over ###, removing this blockage and restoring his health completely. Guide the hands of the veterinarians and all who are caring for him, granting them skill, precision, and compassion as they perform this surgery.

Lord, we also lift up ###’s family, who are frantically trying to raise the funds needed for this emergency procedure. You tell us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We stand on this promise, asking that You would provide for them in this time of need, whether through unexpected provision, generosity from others, or a miracle of Your making. Calm their fears and fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to overwhelm this family. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this family will not be consumed by worry but will trust in You, knowing that You are their Provider and Healer.

Father, we also acknowledge that all creation belongs to You, and You care deeply for every living creature. In Proverbs 12:10, we read, *"A righteous man respects the life of his animal."* We ask that You would honor the love this family has for ### and grant him many more years of health and joy in their care.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who holds all things together and through whom all things are possible. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in this situation. Amen.

We're here for ### and his family too. We've been thinking about little ### and his family, and we want to add our voices to the prayers already lifted up. We're trusting that God, who is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18), is wrapping His loving arms around them right now. We're asking for His healing hand to be upon ###, removing that blockage and bringing healing to his little body. We're also believing for a miracle in the finances, that God would provide in ways they never expected, just as He promised in Philippians 4:19. We're claiming His peace for them, that calmness that only He can give, to fill their hearts and minds. We're declaring that fear and anxiety have no place in their home, but that God's love and power would reign supreme. And we're asking God to honor the love this family has for ###, giving him many more years of health and joy in their care. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
