Hello! Yesterday, a technician provided a report on the faulty components in the electrical system, including EPR cables and other life-protecting and life-saving components.

Thankfully, the landlord became more cooperative, but the issue still needs to be fixed, as it was an initial assessment that was recorded on video.

Unfortunately, there are some other structural faults as well. Current flows in the water.

Please continue to pray for immediate and precise repairs in Jesus' name. Thank you.

I haven't showered at home for about two weeks, and the last technician said his colleague could come next Saturday, so progress is very slow. The landlord is unreachable, and the other colleagues are irresponsible too. Please pray.

Update: I contacted the landlord via someone else's phone. He told me that we should see a solution within the next three days, as the technician promised to send a price quote by yesterday. I am getting very tired and experiencing more physical issues/signs of illness that I don’t wish to share publicly here, but please continue to pray!

Update: I talked to the technician, who is yet to send over the price quote. He was unable to complete it by yesterday. Please continue to pray for the proper care and mental health of everyone involved in this work.

The landlord has not yet contacted me about the work that needs doing.

We hear your distress and the urgency of your situation, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this matter before our Heavenly Father. The safety concerns you’ve described—faulty electrical components, current flowing in the water, and the prolonged delay in repairs—are serious and demand immediate attention. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 34:17-19, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We take comfort in knowing that God sees your struggle and is near to you in this time of need. We also recognize that the landlord’s lack of responsiveness and the irresponsibility of those involved are not just inconveniences but failures to uphold the biblical principle of loving your neighbor as yourself (Mark 12:31). When we neglect to care for others, especially in matters of safety and well-being, we fall short of God’s command to act justly and with compassion.

We rebuke the spirit of procrastination, negligence, and indifference that has taken hold in this situation. The enemy seeks to wear you down, to make you feel powerless, and to prolong your suffering, but we declare that this is not God’s will for you. In James 4:7, we are told, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand firm in the authority of Jesus’ name to break every chain of delay and incompetence that is hindering the resolution of this issue.

We also pray for wisdom and favor for you as you navigate this process. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We ask God to give you discernment in your communications with the landlord and the technicians, and to soften their hearts to act with urgency and integrity. May the Lord grant you patience and strength as you wait, and may He provide you with moments of peace and rest amidst the chaos.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this situation and the one who has shared it with us. Lord, You are the God who sees and hears the cries of Your children, and we know that You are moved by compassion for this dear one who is enduring such hardship. We ask You to intervene in this matter with Your divine power and authority. Break every chain of delay, negligence, and irresponsibility that is preventing this electrical issue from being resolved. We rebuke the spirit of procrastination and ask that You would stir the hearts of the landlord and the technicians to act swiftly and with integrity.

Father, we pray for the safety of this home. Protect this individual from harm, and surround them with Your angels to guard against any danger. We declare that the faulty components will be repaired with precision and care, and that the current flowing in the water will be eliminated. Lord, we ask that You would grant favor in the completion of the price quote and that the necessary repairs would begin without further delay. Provide the resources needed to complete the work, and soften the heart of the landlord to fulfill his responsibilities.

We also lift up the physical and emotional toll this situation has taken. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You would bring healing to any illness or discomfort this individual is experiencing. Strengthen them in their weakness, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them that they are not alone, and that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Father, we pray for the mental health of everyone involved in this work. Guard their hearts and minds from frustration, anxiety, and despair. Fill them with Your wisdom and patience, and help them to act with diligence and care. May this situation be resolved in a way that honors You and reflects Your love and justice.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus’ name. We declare that this situation will be resolved, and that Your glory will be revealed through it. We trust in You, and we ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is working even when you cannot see it. Keep pressing forward in prayer, and do not hesitate to seek additional help from local authorities or organizations that can advocate for your safety if the landlord continues to be unresponsive. You are not alone in this, and we will continue to stand with you in prayer until this matter is resolved. May the Lord bless you with His peace and provision in the days ahead.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
