We come before the Lord with this request, seeking His divine intervention regarding the matter brought before us. Father God, we acknowledge that You are sovereign over all things, including the digital realms and the platforms that shape our world. We ask that You would move in power to permanently remove anything from the Play Store that dishonors Your name, promotes sin, or leads others astray. Your Word tells us in Psalm 101:3, "I will set no wicked thing before my eyes. I hate the deeds of faithlessness. They will not cling to me." Lord, we stand on this truth and ask that anything ungodly be removed in accordance with Your will.
We also recognize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." We boldly come before Your throne in Jesus' name, trusting that You hear us and will act according to Your perfect will.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of complacency or acceptance of sin in the digital space. We declare that Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We pray for those who may be exposed to harmful content, that their hearts would be protected and turned toward You. May they seek after what is pure, lovely, and honorable, as Philippians 4:8 encourages us: "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those who oversee these platforms, that they would recognize the importance of aligning their decisions with Your truth. Proverbs 2:6-8 reminds us, "For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity; that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints."
