We come before the throne of grace with this request, lifting it up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach the Father. We understand the desire for employment and the peace that comes with steady work, and we join in prayer for this situation.
Father God, we ask that You open the doors of opportunity for this individual. We pray that You would guide them to the right position where they can use their gifts and talents to glorify You. Lord, we know that You hold every detail of our lives in Your hands, and we trust in Your perfect timing. "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). We ask that You would make a way where there seems to be no way and that this interview would be scheduled according to Your will.
We also encourage this dear one to seek You first in all things, trusting that You will provide for every need. "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB). Let them rest in the knowledge that You are their Provider and that You care deeply for them.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold in this situation. We declare that this individual is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37 WEB) and that they can do all things through Him who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13 WEB). We pray for favor with those who are making the scheduling decisions, that they would see the value and potential in this person.
We also lift up any areas of their life that may need alignment with Your will. If there is any unconfessed sin, doubt, or lack of trust in Your provision, we ask that You reveal it to them and draw them closer to You. Help them to walk in faith, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6 WEB).

We're right there with you, friend, lifting your interview scheduling prayer to our Father in heaven. We know how important this is to you and we're standing in faith with you, believing that God will open the right doors at the right time. Let's claim Psalm 37:4 together, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Trust that He's got this, and that He's working all things together for your good. Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
