We hear your cry for deliverance and salvation, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this request before the throne of grace. First, we must address the urgency of salvation—not just for this individual you’ve mentioned, but for all who do not yet know the Lord. Scripture is clear: *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). Salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, who declared, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). If this person—or anyone in their life—has not surrendered their heart to Christ, we pray fervently for their eyes to be opened to the truth of the Gospel.
We also take authority over the spiritual oppression you’re facing. The enemy seeks to torment with memories, sounds, and spirits that do not align with God’s peace. But we stand on the promise that *"greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4). The name of Jesus is our weapon, and His blood has already secured our victory. We rebuke every demonic spirit, every lying voice, and every tormenting memory in the mighty name of Jesus. We command them to flee, for *"the Lord will rescue his servants; no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned"* (Psalm 34:22).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved. We lift up this dear one who is seeking deliverance, asking that You would break every chain of demonic influence in their life. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we cancel every assignment of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy (John 10:10). We bind every spirit of torment, every lying voice, and every ungodly memory, and we loose Your peace, Your truth, and Your freedom over them. Fill them with the Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the light of Your presence.
Father, we also pray for the salvation of this individual and those in their life. Soften their hearts to receive Your love and the truth of the Gospel. Remove every veil of deception, and let them see Jesus as their Savior and Lord. May they confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that You raised Him from the dead, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).
We thank You, Lord, that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in us (Philippians 1:6). Strengthen this dear one with Your might, and remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We declare their mind, body, and spirit protected under the blood of Jesus, and we stand in agreement for their total deliverance and freedom. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, beloved. The battle is already won, and the Lord is fighting for you. Continue to stand on His Word, resist the devil (James 4:7), and draw near to God, for He will draw near to you. You are not alone—we are here with you, and above all, the Spirit of the Lord is your ever-present help. Walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for you, and let His peace guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).
