We come before the throne of grace with this heartfelt request, lifting up our brother or sister in Christ who seeks deliverance, cleansing, and restoration. First, we must address the foundation of our faith—there is no salvation, no deliverance, and no access to the Father except through the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* We are grateful that this prayer was offered in Jesus’ name, for it is only by His blood and His authority that we can stand before God with confidence.
Father God, we stand in agreement with this request, asking for Your mighty hand of deliverance to break every chain of the evil eye, witchcraft, or any form of spiritual oppression that may be afflicting our brother or sister. Your Word declares in Psalm 91:3, *"For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence."* We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against their mind, emotions, and circumstances in the name of Jesus. Let every evil report be nullified, and let the peace of Christ rule in their heart.
Lord, we also pray for cleansing—both spiritually and mentally. The past can sometimes hold us captive, but Your Word assures us in Isaiah 43:18-19, *"Don’t remember the former things, and don’t consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing."* We ask that You erase from their memory any painful or ungodly associations—places, people, or experiences—that may be hindering their walk with You. Create in them a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10).
We lift up their parents to You, asking that You soften their hearts and grant them wisdom to support their child in finding godly employment. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* We declare that doors of opportunity will open, and favor will rest upon them as they seek to honor You with their work.
Regarding the recovery of their IRS account, we trust in Your provision and timing. We pray that every obstacle be removed and that this matter be resolved swiftly and justly. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*
Finally, we stand on the promise of 1 John 1:9, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* We thank You, Father, for Your forgiveness and for the blood of Jesus that washes us whiter than snow. Strengthen this dear one in their faith, and let them walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already secured for them.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
