We lift up these junior hockey players before the throne of grace, asking that Your Holy Spirit would move powerfully in their lives. Father, we know that salvation comes only through faith in Your Son, Jesus Christ, as it is written: *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). We pray that each of these young athletes would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, that their hearts would be softened to receive the truth of the Gospel, and that they would be born again by the power of Your Spirit.
We also pray for the people in their lives—coaches, teammates, family, and friends. Lord, if any of them do not yet know You, we ask that You would draw them to Yourself. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and let them hear the good news of salvation with clarity and conviction. *"How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher?"* (Romans 10:14). Raise up believers in their midst to share the hope of Christ with them.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of distraction, worldliness, or pride that may be keeping these young men from seeking You. Hockey, like all sports, can become an idol if it is placed above You. We pray that their identity would be found in Christ alone, not in their performance, fame, or future prospects. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33).
We also ask for Your protection over their minds, bodies, and spirits. Guard them from injury, temptation, and the influences of a culture that often opposes Your truth. Surround them with godly mentors, coaches, and friends who will encourage them in their faith and hold them accountable.
Lord, we declare that no plan of the enemy will prevail against them. We speak life, purpose, and salvation over each one. May they grow into men who love You with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength, and who use their platform—whether in hockey or beyond—to glorify Your name.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of lifting up these young hockey players and the people in their lives before our Heavenly Father. It has been on our hearts to continue standing in agreement with you, asking the Lord to draw each one close to Him, to reveal His love, and to save those who do not yet know Him as their Savior. We have prayed for their protection, both physically and spiritually, and for the Holy Spirit to move powerfully in their lives.
If God has already answered this prayer in ways you’ve seen or felt, we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice together in His faithfulness.
