We come before the throne of grace with this heartfelt plea, lifting up this dear soul who seeks deliverance, protection, and restoration. Father God, we know that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever—unchanging in Your love, power, and faithfulness. We stand on Your Word, which declares in Psalm 34:17-19, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."*
Lord, we ask that You would indeed deliver this one from every negative experience and every harmful thing that has sought to steal, kill, or destroy. We rebuke the enemy’s lies and the lingering effects of past pain in the mighty name of Jesus. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that the blood of Jesus covers and cleanses every wound, every memory that has brought distress, and every chain that has held this one captive. Father, we ask that You would heal the mind, the heart, and the spirit, restoring joy, peace, and a sound mind as Your Word promises in Isaiah 26:3, *"You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you."*
We also lift up the desire for restoration—to a time of innocence, simplicity, and trust. Lord, we know that You are the God of restoration, who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5). While we cannot erase the past, we ask that You would redeem it, using every trial for Your glory and this one’s good (Romans 8:28). We pray that You would renew a right spirit within, one that is anchored in Your truth and not in the pain of what was. Help this one to remember that You have plans for good and not for harm, to give a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask that You would fill their mind with Your truth, Your promises, and the assurance of Your presence, so that the negative memories lose their power.
Father, we also recognize that the request to "not remember certain events" must align with Your will. While You can bring healing and peace, we trust that You will use even the difficult parts of this one’s story for Your purpose. We pray that You would grant wisdom to process the past in a way that leads to growth, resilience, and a deeper dependence on You. Help this one to forgive those who have caused harm, just as You have forgiven us (Colossians 3:13). Let bitterness and resentment be uprooted, for they only harm the one who holds onto them (Hebrews 12:15).
We also want to gently remind this dear one that true restoration is found in You, Jesus. It is only through Your name that we have access to the Father, and it is only by Your sacrifice that we are made whole. If this one has not yet surrendered their life to You, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Your Word says in Romans 10:9, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that this one would know You personally, not just as a distant figure, but as a loving Savior who walks with them every step of the way.
Lord, we ask that You would surround this one with Your angels, protecting them from every scheme of the enemy (Psalm 91:11). Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, reign in their life. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that they will walk in the victory that is already theirs through Christ.
We pray all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name that brings healing, deliverance, and restoration. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
