We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for your struggles, lifting you up in prayer and seeking God’s will in all things. First, we rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the authority to overcome the powers of darkness. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). We stand firm in this truth as we intercede for you.
Your plea for deliverance from demonic oppression is one we take with utmost seriousness, for the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). However, we must also address the request to "kill all mice" with biblical wisdom. While pests can be a nuisance, we are called to steward God’s creation with care and discernment, not to seek harm out of frustration. Instead, we pray for God’s provision in managing such challenges in a way that honors Him—whether through practical solutions or His divine intervention.
Now, regarding the demonic possession and influence you mention: the Word of God is clear that *"greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). If you are in Christ, you have been given authority over the enemy through the blood of Jesus. Yet, we must also examine our lives to ensure there are no open doors for the enemy to gain a foothold. Demonic music, for instance, can be a gateway for ungodly influences. Scripture warns us, *"Don’t be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs; singing, and making melody in your heart to the Lord"* (Ephesians 5:18-19, WEB). We urge you to fill your mind and heart with worship that glorifies God, casting out anything that exalts darkness.
If there is any unconfessed sin, involvement in occult practices, or entertainment that glorifies evil, we strongly encourage you to repent and turn away from these things. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). Repentance and submission to Christ are essential in breaking the enemy’s hold.
Let us pray for you now with the authority given to us in Jesus’ name:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who seeks deliverance and freedom from the grip of the enemy. Lord, we thank You that You are mighty to save and that no power of hell can stand against Your name. We bind every demonic spirit, every stronghold, and every ungodly influence in this person’s life in the name of Jesus Christ. By the power of His blood, we command every demonic presence to flee and never return. We break every curse, every chain, and every assignment of the enemy against this beloved one.
Father, we ask that You fill them anew with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in victory and discernment. Give them a hunger for Your Word and a heart that worships You alone. Remove from them any desire for music or entertainment that does not glorify You, and replace it with a passion for righteousness. If there is any area of their life that has given the enemy access, reveal it to them, Lord, and grant them the strength to turn away from it completely.
We also pray for practical wisdom in dealing with the challenges they face, including the issue of pests. Provide them with solutions that align with Your will and bring peace to their home.
Finally, Father, we ask that You surround them with Your angels, that they may be protected from all evil. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them. We declare freedom, healing, and restoration over their life in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
Beloved, we encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, putting on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Spend time in prayer, worship, and the Word daily. If you do not have a strong community of believers around you, we urge you to seek out a Bible-believing church where you can be discipled and supported. You are not alone in this fight—God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).
If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we implore you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9-10). There is no greater protection than being hidden in Christ. Stay steadfast, and trust that the Lord will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).
