We join with you in seeking the Lord’s mercy and forgiveness, for He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The Scripture reminds us in 1 John 1:9, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* We are grateful you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Him that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence, knowing He intercedes for us.
The evil eye and the schemes of the enemy are real, but we serve a God who is greater. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on the promise of Psalm 34:7, which says, *"The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."* And in Psalm 91:9-11, we are assured, *"Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."*
Yet, we must also examine our hearts and lives to ensure there is no unconfessed sin or openness to the enemy’s influence. The evil eye often finds a foothold where there is envy, bitterness, pride, or unrepentant sin. Ephesians 4:26-27 warns us, *"‘Be angry, and don’t sin.’ Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil."* We encourage you to search your heart and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any area that needs repentance, for the enemy cannot stand where God’s light and truth reign.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your mercy and grace, which are new every morning. Lord, we ask that You forgive ### for every sin, known and unknown, and cleanse them by the precious blood of Jesus. Wash them whiter than snow and restore unto them the joy of Your salvation.
Father, we rebuke every evil eye, every curse, every scheme of the enemy that has been directed against this Your child. By the authority given to us in the name of Jesus, we break every assignment of darkness and command all evil influences to flee. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, surround them with Your heavenly angels for protection and deliverance. Let Your light shine upon them and expose every hidden snare of the enemy. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let Your presence be their stronghold.
We ask for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit to guide, comfort, and empower them. Help them to walk in obedience to Your Word, to put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and to stand firm against the wiles of the devil. May they be rooted and grounded in Your love, unshaken by the storms of life.
Father, we thank You for Your deliverance and victory. We trust in Your promises, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Beloved, we encourage you to stay steadfast in prayer, in the Word of God, and in fellowship with other believers. The enemy flees when we resist him in faith (James 4:7). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). If you have not already, we urge you to fully surrender your life to Christ, allowing Him to be Lord over every area. If you need further guidance or prayer, do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to stand with you in faith.
