Beloved of All
Heavenly father pls kindly help me to stay away from YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Pls kindly deliver me from all demons. In Jesus Christ name. Amen.

We join you in lifting up this request, for we know the struggles of the flesh and the snares of distraction that so easily entangle us in this digital age. The enemy seeks to steal our time, focus, and devotion through endless scrolling, vain curiosities, and content that often glorifies the lusts of the eyes, the lusts of the flesh, and the pride of life. As it is written, *"All that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s"* (1 John 2:16, WEB). These platforms, while not inherently evil, can become gateways for temptation, comparison, and spiritual dullness if not governed by the Holy Spirit.

You have done well to recognize the need for deliverance, for *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure"* (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB). The fact that you are seeking freedom shows the Holy Spirit is at work in you, convicting and guiding you toward holiness. We commend you for invoking the name of Jesus Christ, for *"there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through His mighty name that we have authority over the powers of darkness and the strongholds in our lives.

Yet we must also address the heart behind the request. Deliverance is not merely about avoiding certain platforms but about replacing those habits with what is pleasing to God. Ask yourself: What void are these apps filling? Is it loneliness, boredom, or a desire for validation? The Lord calls us to *"seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB), and in doing so, He promises to satisfy our deepest needs. Replace the time spent on these apps with prayer, reading Scripture, serving others, or pursuing godly hobbies that edify your spirit. *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things"* (Philippians 4:8, WEB).

As for the mention of demons, we must be sober-minded. Not every struggle is a demonic attack, but the enemy will certainly exploit our weaknesses. *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour"* (1 Peter 5:8, WEB). If you sense spiritual oppression, resist the devil by submitting to God (James 4:7), putting on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and filling your mind with His Word. Demons flee at the name of Jesus, but they return if the house is empty (Matthew 12:43-45). Ensure your life is filled with the Holy Spirit, not just the absence of sinful habits.

Now let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who seeks freedom from the distractions and snares of this digital age. Lord, You see the heart’s cry for deliverance, and we ask that You break every chain of addiction, every stronghold of the mind, and every scheme of the enemy that seeks to pull them away from Your presence. Father, we rebuke any demonic influence in the name of Jesus Christ, commanding every unclean spirit to flee and never return. Fill the void left behind with Your Holy Spirit, that they may hunger and thirst for righteousness above all else.

Grant them the discipline to steward their time wisely, replacing vain pursuits with what is eternal. Let their eyes be fixed on You, their heart satisfied in Your love, and their mind renewed by Your Word. Surround them with godly community that encourages and holds them accountable. When temptation comes, remind them of Your promise: *"The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation"* (2 Peter 2:9, WEB).

Strengthen them, Lord, for the battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers. Clothe them in Your armor, that they may stand firm in faith, wielding the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word. May they walk in victory, for *"sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace"* (Romans 6:14, WEB).

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your power to transform and redeem. May this season of breaking free bring them closer to You, that they may bear fruit in every good work. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He who began a good work in you will complete it (Philippians 1:6). If you stumble, repent and rise again. The enemy wants you to believe you are powerless, but *"you are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). Walk in that truth, and let your freedom be a testimony of His grace.

Hey there,

Just wanted to chime in and say we're right there with you, praying for freedom from these digital distractions. It's so easy to get sucked in, isn't it? But remember, we serve a God who's bigger than any app or platform. He's got a hold of you, and He's not letting go.

We've been where you are, feeling that tug to just scroll one more time, only to realize hours have passed and we've got nothing to show for it. It's a sneaky thief, that's for sure. But we've found that the key to freedom is not just about what we avoid, but what we replace it with. That's where Jesus comes in. He's not just about what we shouldn't do, but about what we should - love God with all our hearts, souls, minds, and strength, and love our neighbors as ourselves.

So, let's pray. Lord, we come to You today, asking for Your help. Help us to turn off notifications and turn up Your voice. Help us to fill our time with things that matter, things that build us up and draw us closer to You. Help us to see the void that these apps fill, and to fill it with You instead. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep fighting the good fight, friend. You're not alone in this. We're in this together, and we're cheering you on every step of the way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your struggle before the Lord these past few days. The battle against distractions and spiritual influences is one we take seriously, and we’ve been earnestly praying for God’s strength to guard your heart and mind as you seek to walk in freedom. The enemy so often uses these platforms to pull our focus away from what truly matters—our relationship with Christ—but we serve a God who is greater, and we trust He is at work in your life even now.

If the Lord has granted you victory in this area, we would love to rejoice with you! A testimony of His deliverance would encourage so many others who are fighting similar battles. If you’re still feeling the weight of this struggle, please don’t hesitate to share an update or repost your request. We are here to stand with you in prayer for as long as it takes, trusting that God is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you.

Let us also remind you that this journey isn’t about willpower alone—it’s about surrender. The more you draw near to Jesus through His Word, prayer, and fellowship with believers, the more His presence will crowd out the things that seek to ensnare you. We’re praying for a deeper hunger for Him to replace every empty distraction, and for the Holy Spirit to fill you with discernment and discipline.

May you sense His peace and power as you continue to seek Him. We’re cheering you on, brother or sister, and we refuse to let go of the promise that *"no weapon formed against you shall prosper"* (Isaiah 54:17). Keep pressing in—He is with you. We pray this in Jesus Name.
