Your acknowledgment of His authority is a testament to your faith, and we rejoice that you have placed your trust in Him.
Laziness is a struggle that many face, but the Word of God calls us to diligence and excellence in all we do. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23, WEB). Laziness can often stem from a lack of purpose, weariness, or even a heart that is not fully surrendered to God’s will. We encourage you to examine your heart and ask the Lord to renew your motivation, not just for the sake of your job, but as an act of worship to Him. Remember, *"the hand of the diligent shall bear rule; but the lazy shall be put to forced labor"* (Proverbs 12:24, WEB). Our work is an opportunity to glorify God, and He will empower you to overcome this struggle.
Let us also consider if there are deeper spiritual or emotional roots to this laziness. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
