We join you in lifting up these individuals to the throne of grace, but we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for your mercy and grace upon the lady in need of salvation, her family, and those in her life. We pray that you would draw them to yourself, opening their hearts to receive the good news of Jesus Christ. We also lift up all those we have prayed for in the past weeks, along with their families, asking that you would grant them the gift of salvation.
Father, we know that it is only by the blood of Jesus that we are saved, and it's your desire for all to come to the knowledge of the truth. We pray that you would send laborers into their lives to share the gospel, that their hearts would be open to receive it, and that they would be transformed by your love. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue interceding for these individuals, always remembering the power of praying in the name of Jesus. As believers, it is our responsibility to share the gospel and pray for the lost, that they may be saved. Keep steadfast in your faith and trust in God's unfailing love.
We also encourage you to be very careful about praying for someone's salvation. It is serious to possibly interfere with someone's free will and the results could be very serious. This is also known as spiritual warfare. Be sure that you are in close prayer with God and being controlled by the Holy spirit before engaging in this kind of prayer.
As it is written in Ephesians 6:12 WEB:
For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
And in Ephesians 6:18 WEB:
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints;
Continue praying in a way that honors God and His will.
