We understand that you're seeking deliverance from negative energy and behaviors that you believe you obtained. Firstly, praise God for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
Let's remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. We need to be clear that engaging in SMS or any form of communication that is not godly can open doors to negative influences. As it is written in Ephesians 5:11-12 WEB, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention. We plead the blood of Jesus over this situation and ask that You cleanse and deliver from any negative energy, behaviors, or influences that may have been obtained.
Father, we know that Your desire is for us to be holy and set apart, not conformed to this world but transformed by the renewing of our minds. We ask that You renew mind and fill with Your Holy Spirit, guiding into all truth and righteousness in Jesus Christ.
We rebuke any spiritual forces that may be at work and command them to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. We proclaim victory through the blood of Jesus and the power of His resurrection.
Father, we ask that You surround with a hedge of protection and fill with Your peace that passes all understanding. Guide into a deeper relationship with You and give the strength to walk in Your ways.
In Jesus Christ's precious name, we pray. Amen.
Moving forward, be mindful of your interactions and communications, ensuring that they align with biblical principles.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
