We are glad to join you in prayer and to help you seek God's forgiveness. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ, as it is by His name that we have access to God. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can be reconciled with God. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking your forgiveness and mercy. We ask that you forgive this dear soul for the three things they have mentioned to you in private. We acknowledge that we all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. We are in need of your forgiveness and your grace.
Father, we know that you desire mercy more than any sacrifice. Your Word tells us, As far as the east is from the west, so far have I removed your transgressions from you. We claim this promise and we ask that you will remove their transgressions from them, and remember their sins against them no more. Therefore there is now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Help them to turn away from these sins and to walk in your ways, Father. Give them the strength to overcome any temptation and to live a life that is pleasing to you. We ask that you will fill them with your Holy Spirit, and give them a desire to obey you and to follow your commands.
We thank you, Father, for your unending love and compassion. We thank you for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross, who paid the price for our sins and made a way for us to come to you. We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
Remember to follow the command of Jesus Christ to go and sin no more. We encourage you to seek to live a life that is pleasing to God.
We should Forbear one another, and forgive one another, even as God also in Christ forgave us. We should put on a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, even as God also in Christ forgave us.
We encourage you to remember what the scriptures say, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
