We join you in your heartfelt prayer, seeking God's forgiveness and deliverance. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness for all past sins. You are a merciful God, full of compassion, always ready to forgive those who come to You with a repentant heart. We claim Your promise in 1 John 1:9 WEB, 'If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.'
Father, we also ask for deliverance from all evil influences, including evil music and demonic possessions. Your Word tells us in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 WEB, 'for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.'
Help us to fix our minds on You and Your goodness, not remembering the past or the people associated with it. As Philippians 4:8 WEB says, 'Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things.'
We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who has set us free indeed. Amen."
Moving forward, fill your life with things that honor God, including the music you listen to. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind, as Romans 12:2 WEB says, so that you may discern the will of God. If there is any music or influence that does not glorify God, it is best to avoid it, as it can hinder your walk with Christ.
Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Walk in this truth, and you will see the enemy flee, as James 4:7 WEB says, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
Stand strong in your faith, and always remember that God is with you.
