Oh, Lord, there are times in our lives when our mind cannot focus on You but on all else, only fear, desperation, worry, anxiety, panic, sadness, apprehension, thoughts of death. Father, please intervene. Duane is Your child. He is being attacked and needs You to protect Him, to send him help and support. Father, please shed Your light into this darkness until all the darkness disappears and only Your light, Your warmth, Your joy, Your peace, Your faithfulness, Your love, Your answers to prayer, Your miracles, Your blessing of faith, and Your blessings in life are left. May all that is dark be expelled from Duane's mind and only Your miraculous Light and Holy Spirit left in his mind and soul. Please bless Duane with faith, peace and serenity and lead him out of the slimy pit into Your delightful path of life. In Jesus' name we pray and agree in prayer - Amen.
