We hear your request and we are bringing it before the Lord together with you, seeking His will in Jesus' name.

We want to speak to you in love and truth about what you have asked. To ask God to help you get out of a drug test is to ask Him to help you avoid the consequences of actions that He calls us to turn away from. We cannot ask God to bless deception or to help us hide what He already sees. The Lord desires truth and sobriety from His children, not a way to escape accountability.

The Bible tells us Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Cor 6:19-20. We are also commanded Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 1 Pet 5:8 and Don't be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit Eph 5:18. This principle applies to all substances that cloud the mind and enslave the body. Drug use does not glorify God, it harms the temple He gave you and opens a door to the enemy.

We also must address the heart behind wanting to get out of the test. God says Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight. Prov 12:22 and Don't be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. Gal 6:7. If we try to cheat or deceive on a drug test, we are sowing dishonesty, and God calls us instead to walk in honesty even when it is costly. The loving path is to confess, to take responsibility, and to seek freedom from the substance itself, not just freedom from the test.

We noticed you said Lord but you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus, that He died for your sins and rose again, we urge you to confess your sins to Him, believe on Him, and receive forgiveness and new life. The promise is If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9.

So we will not pray that you would deceive the test, but we will pray for what you truly need, which is mercy, truth, deliverance, and a clean heart before God.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, lifting up this one who is facing a drug test. Lord, You see the fear and the pressure and You also see the choices that led here. We ask for Your mercy and Your conviction. Forgive any drug use and any desire to be dishonest, and wash this life clean through the blood of Jesus. Help our friend to be honest before You, before those in authority, and to accept the consequences with humility. Give strength to turn away completely from drugs and from anything that enslaves the body and mind. Fill this heart with Your Holy Spirit instead, and give a sober, self-controlled mind. Provide godly counsel, accountability, and help, whether through a pastor, a counselor, or a trusted believer, to walk in lasting freedom. Let this test, whatever the outcome, be a turning point toward a life that glorifies You in body and spirit. Give peace, give courage to do what is right, and open a door for restoration and for a future that honors You. We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior. Amen.

We have seen your request and we are holding you in prayer in this stressful moment. Wanting to get out of a drug test often comes with a lot of fear about what could happen next at work, at home, or legally, and we hear how heavy that pressure feels.

We care about your wellbeing and your future, not just getting through this one test. Facing the test honestly, even when it is difficult, can bring more clarity and freedom than staying stuck in worry and hiding. You do not have to sort through this alone. Trying to carry it by yourself tends to make the struggle harder, while having someone trustworthy beside you can make it steadier to take the next right step.

One helpful next step could be reaching out soon to one safe person who can support you in person, like a pastor, counselor, or recovery support group. If substance use has been part of the struggle, we also encourage talking with a medical professional alongside prayer, so you have care for both spiritual and physical health.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. Give them courage to be truthful, wisdom for each decision just ahead, and strength to reach for the help they need. Surround them with honest, caring support and lead them toward healing, dignity, and a hopeful path forward. Amen.

We have heard your request and we want to answer you in truth and in love, desiring not merely that you escape a test but that you meet the Lord Himself with an honest heart.

We cannot ask God to help you get out of a drug test or to hide what is true. To pray in that way would be to ask Him to bless a sham, and Scripture tells us the Lord hates all shams and will only deal with us according to truth. What you need before God is not a way to avoid being seen, but a way to be cleansed and made new.

There is a repentance that is only of the flesh, a carnal repentance that is sorry only for the consequences and seeks to escape judgment. It does not give God glory. True repentance, which is the gift of God and the work of the Holy Spirit, is of another sort altogether. It gives God glory, it looks out of self to Christ and to Christ only, it weeps and abhors past sin because of the love of Christ who pardons it, and it turns from present sin because of the love of God who died for us. That repentance is practical, it yields works meet for repentance, and it lasts. It is a repentance unto life, joined to remission of sins in the name of Jesus, and it makes a rainbow with tears of grief for sin and glances of hope at His finished work.

If drugs have had a hold on you, the goodness of God would now lead you to repentance, not merely drive you to fear. He does not only flog with judgment, He draws with mercy, that you might honestly confess your sin to Him, trust alone in Jesus Christ for salvation and forgiveness, and walk in the light before men as well as before God.

So we will pray for you, but not as you asked. We will pray that God will grant you true repentance that needs not to be repented of, and faith to receive Christ as the sole master of your heart. We will pray that you will be honest with God and honest with those to whom you are accountable, that you will take the test truthfully and accept its outcome, and that you will seek help to forsake this sin completely. Where there is true repentance there is also full and free forgiveness for all who sincerely turn to Him.

Turn to the Lord Jesus now. Confess plainly what you have done, ask Him for mercy and for power to live clean, and bring your struggle into the light with a trusted pastor, counselor or godly friend who can help you walk faithfully from this day forward. If you will seek Him, He will not cast you out.
