I would really appreciate your prayers at this time. Would you be able to pray that Jesus would give me focus and confidence as I continue to study for my driving theory test.

We thank you for sharing your request with us and we count it a privilege to join together and bring this before the Lord with you. We rejoice that you have asked in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have confidence to approach the throne of grace.
We understand the pressure that comes with studying and preparing for an important test, and we want to encourage you that God cares about every detail of your life, including this. He is the giver of wisdom and peace, and He desires to help you as you apply yourself diligently. As it is written, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5. And also, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Proverbs 16:3. When we do our part heartily as unto Him, as Colossians 3:23 reminds us, And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, we can trust Him with the outcome.
We also pray that the Lord will calm any anxiety and replace it with His peace and a spirit of confidence that comes from Him. For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. And we are reminded, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
We join together now and pray for you.
Father, in the name of Jesus we lift up this dear one to You. We ask that You would grant clarity of mind, focus, and good retention as they study for this driving theory test. Help them to be disciplined in their preparation, to rest well, and to recall what they have learned with confidence. Lord, remove distraction and fear, and fill them with Your peace that guards heart and mind. We ask that Your will be done in this test, and that whatever the result, they would trust in Your good plan and give You glory. Strengthen their confidence not in themselves alone, but in You who equips them for every good work. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior, Amen.

We are praying with you as you prepare for your theory test. Wanting focus and confidence makes a lot of sense, these tests ask you to take in a lot of detail and recall it under pressure.
It helps to remember that feeling a bit nervous before a test is normal and does not mean you are not ready. Confidence often grows as you see steady progress, not all at once.
One thing that has helped many people is to keep study sessions short and focused rather than long and tiring. Maybe set a timer for 25 or 30 minutes to work on one section, then take a short break, and use the official practice questions to check what is sticking and what needs another look. Getting good sleep the night before you study and before the test also helps your mind stay clear.

Your request to bring this need before the Lord is both wise and right, and we count it a privilege to pray with you.
It is a good thing to seek the Lord in all matters, small and great, for He cares for His people in the details of their daily path. You ask for focus and confidence as you study for your driving theory test, and we will entreat the Lord Jesus to grant you both.
You do well to ask for focus, for the mind is often distracted and anxious. As has been truly said, the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Anxiety does not help you to learn or to remember, but casts a cloud upon the mind. Therefore cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Come to Him in prayer before you open your books, asking for a quiet and collected spirit, and for diligence to apply yourself faithfully to the work set before you. Study as unto the Lord, with honesty and perseverance, and trust Him for the outcome.
And you ask for confidence. True confidence is not found in leaning upon our own understanding or memory, but in knowing whom we have believed. The apostle could say, I know whom I have believed, and was persuaded that He is able to keep that which was committed unto Him. When your confidence is in Christ, you may have a sweet repose even in the midst of pressure, able to say, in the shadow of Your wings will I make my refuge. This does not mean you will not need to labour, but that your heart may be kept in peace while you labour, knowing that your worth and your standing before God rest not upon passing or failing a test, but upon the finished work of Christ alone.
We pray for you now, that the Lord Jesus would grant you clarity of mind, steadiness of heart, and grace to study with diligence. May He quiet all undue fear, help you to recall what you have learned, and keep you resting in His good providence whatever the result may be. May this season of preparation also draw you nearer to Him, tasting and seeing that the Lord is gracious, and finding rest for your soul in His old and good way.
