We join you in lifting up this request to our Heavenly Father, who holds all things in His hands, including the paths we travel and the skills we must demonstrate. It is wonderful to see you acknowledging your blessing and gratitude in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we find favor and access to the throne of grace. As you prepare for this test, we are reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is not just about passing a test but about trusting God in every area of your life, knowing He is sovereign over all things, including the details of today.
We also recall Philippians 4:13, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* This does not mean we will always succeed in the way we hope, but that Christ’s strength is made perfect in our weakness, and His will is always for our good. Whether you pass today or face another opportunity to try again, we pray you rest in the assurance that God is with you, guiding and teaching you through every experience. His timing is perfect, and His plans for you are good.
Let us pray together: Loving Father, we come before You today on behalf of our brother/sister, asking for Your peace to fill their heart as they take this driving test. Lord, we ask that You grant them clarity of mind, steady hands, and a calm spirit. Help them to recall all they have learned and to demonstrate their skills with confidence, not in their own strength but in the assurance that You are with them. We pray for safety—for them, for the examiner, and for all on the road today. May Your angels encamp around them, protecting them from any harm or distraction.
Father, if it is Your will, we ask that You grant them success in this test, not for their glory but for Yours, that they may continue to walk in the purpose You have for their life. Remind them that whether they pass or face another opportunity, their worth and identity are found in Christ alone, not in the outcomes of this world. Teach them through this experience to trust You more deeply and to rely on Your wisdom in all things.
We thank You, Father, for the blessing of this opportunity and for the growth it brings. May our brother/sister continue to seek You first in all things, knowing that You are faithful to lead and provide. We ask all this in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who is the author and perfecter of our faith. Amen.
As you go forward today, remember that anxiety and fear are not from the Lord. 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Walk in that power and love, knowing that God is with you every step of the way. After the test, take a moment to thank Him again, regardless of the outcome, for His presence and for the opportunity to grow in trust and dependence on Him. We are standing with you in faith, believing that God’s will be done in your life today.
