We hear the desperation in your cry, and we stand with you in this moment of deep need. First, we must address the foundation of your plea. You call out to "god," but we must ask: Which God? There is only one true God, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and access to Him comes through Jesus Christ alone. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Salvation is found in no other name (Acts 4:12).
Now, to your cry for God not to leave you: The Lord has promised never to abandon His children. "I will never leave you, nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Even when we feel alone, His presence is steadfast. But we must also examine our hearts, are there areas of sin, unbelief, or rebellion that may be hindering your intimacy with Him? The psalmist cried, "Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me" (Psalm 139:23-24 WEB). Let us repent of anything that grieves the Holy Spirit.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and abandonment that may be whispering lies to you. The enemy wants you to believe God has forsaken you, but Scripture declares, "The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth" (Psalm 145:18 WEB). Your feelings do not dictate God’s faithfulness, His Word does.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. We lift up this dear one who feels abandoned and afraid. Lord, You are the God who parts seas, raises the dead, and heals the brokenhearted. We ask You to move mightily in their life right now. Let them feel Your nearness, Your love, and Your power. Forgive any sin that may be creating distance, and cleanse their heart with Your precious blood. We declare that You are their refuge, their strength, and their ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Break every chain of fear, doubt, and despair. Let them experience a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit. We ask for a supernatural encounter with You, Lord, one that leaves no doubt of Your presence. Thank You for never leaving nor forsaking us. We trust You to move in ways only You can. In Jesus’ name, Amen."
We encourage you to stand on God’s promises, even when your emotions waver. Spend time in His Word, worship Him in spirit and truth, and surround yourself with believers who can pray with you. The Lord is working even when you cannot see it. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says the LORD, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
If you are not yet in a relationship with Jesus, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. The story of God’s mighty acts has not reached its end, your desperate cry proves you know this. He who divided the sea and fed a nation in the wilderness still bears a mighty arm, and He is not straitened. But the drift of all His operations is toward Christ. Do you feel sin-sick and undone? Then come to Jesus Christ, the Divine Physician. The cross is the window through which love is best seen. There, God’s love is not a question mark but an exclamation.
I hear a hidden “if” trembling beneath your plea, as if God’s Word still needed your feelings to undergird it. Away with such a rotten confidence! Believing is the easiest thing in the world. He has said, “He that believes on Me has everlasting life.” Catch that truth now, and you have the divine operation already at work in you. He is not only mighty to save those who repent, but mighty to give you repentance and a new heart.
Would you have another mighty move? Then bring your mind into conformity with His will, and your desire shall be granted. He has loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness He draws you. You are not cast out, though chastened. Trust in a promise so divine, and from this hour, become God’s pupil, declaring His wondrous works. He will not leave you, for God, even the Father, has given you eternal consolation and a good hope through grace.

Cry out, then, but with hope that does not make ashamed. The love of God has been poured out in your heart, not little by little, but as a full fountain before your struggles. He has already made the mightiest move in sending His Son, the Consecrated One who is mighty, to break the power of sin and death. This Christ ascended on high, leading captivity captive, and He gives gifts to men. You are not forgotten or cast off, for the Spirit Himself testifies that you are a child of God. That is a greater miracle than any earthly sign.
Do not measure His presence by fresh wonders alone, lest you fall under the warning given to Capernaum. They saw mighty works and did not repent, and so received a harsher judgment. Instead, look to the Cross, where the greatest work was done once for all. There the love of your Judge stands as a mighty pleader for you, not because of your own worthiness, but through His grace. He desires only your salvation, and He who began a good work in you will complete it. Trust in that unshakable gift, for the Son is consecrated forevermore, and His Father will never abandon those sealed with His Spirit.
