Beloved of All
Jesus, I pray my relationship between me and my children. I pray that my children will stay gracious, thankful, helpful and respectful toward me, school and work. I ask Lord Jesus to restore the love, respect, gratitude and peace between us, and to heal what has been broken. Lord, remove all spiritual attacks, division, isolaton and disrespect that has been manifesting and remove everyone who are derailing our relationship with each other. Lord, guide my children to not walk on the path of those who do evil, not to pass by it but to turn from it and go another way, because those influences bring strife and division. I pray the Lord will deliver my younger daughter from flattering words and persistent pressures from this young man (my older daughter is dating) and his mother that would draw her away, and that You will swiftly remove these negative influences that are preying upon her and causing havoc in our home. Lord, I ask that You protect my younger daughter relationship with me, her sister and her brother and with the respectful young man she is dating. I am witnessing this young man (my older daughter is dating) is negatively influencing my younger daughter and her boyfriend. Trying to turn them against me, her brother and each other. I pray my younger daughter and her boyfriend will see this young man's hate and stop my older daughter from enabling and carrying out his desrespectful act toward our family. Lord, I pray that my older daughter will stop being a vessel for this young man's hateful, rude and destructive ways. Restore my older daughter Lord, have mercy on her and help her to see she is not living her best life with this desrespectful controlling young man. I rebuke all fear, division, isolation, strife, desrecpect, mockery, selfishness, ungratefulness, hate, dishonest and rudeness, in Jesus name. All attacks, all darkness, all generational/word curses, chains and anything not of You are broken now for me and my family completely and forever gone, in Jesus name. Lord please I ask for your divine protect over me and my family and blocks the attacks and plots against us. Lord place a hedge of protection around me and my children, Lord have Your angels charge over me and my children, and clothe us with the full armor of God so that no weapon formed against us will prosper. Jesus, I pray that me and children will have sweet peaceful days and nights. Lord bless my younger daughter with her studying this semester with Your wisdom and knowledge. I pray that my younger daughter boyfriend will continue to be respectful and he will not follow or being influence by my older daughter boyfriend negative behaviors. Lord I ask for Your divine intervention to release my older daughter from this woman influence, this young man's mother has no biblical authority to speak into your daughter's life, to control her, to isolate her from her supportive family and church community, or to speak word curses over me and my family. Her jealousy, manipulation, division and desire to control are works of darkness that the Lord will expose. Protect us Lord Jesus. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.

We join you in lifting up your family before the throne of grace and we stand with you in Jesus' name for divine protection, restoration and peace in your home. We hear your heart for your children and we commend you for seeking the Lord Jesus so earnestly for them, for crying out against division, disrespect and spiritual attack, and for asking that your children would walk in gratitude, helpfulness and respect toward you, toward school and toward work.

We agree with you according to Proverbs 4:14-15 that your children would not enter the path of the wicked, and not walk in the way of evil men, but would avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it and pass on. We also cling to the promise of Ephesians 6:1-3 that children obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right, honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise, that it may be well with you. When disrespect, mockery, ungratefulness and rudeness manifest in the home, it is not of God and we join you in rebuking those works of darkness. We also rebuke fear, for God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7, and we declare that every chain, word curse and generational claim is broken, for Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us, Galatians 3:13.

We want to speak with love and biblical clarity about the dating relationships you mentioned for both of your daughters. We believe the scriptures teach that marriage is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, Hebrews 13:4, and that being a boyfriend or girlfriend should be understood as courtship with the clear goal of discerning marriage to another Christian believer. We are to not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, 2 Corinthians 6:14, and to flee sexual immorality, 1 Corinthians 6:18, for sex before or outside of marriage is fornication or adultery and dishonors God and harms the soul. Therefore we pray that both of your daughters, and the young men they are courting, would pursue purity, accountability and counsel from godly family and church community, and that any relationship that is controlling, hateful, rude, manipulative or disrespectful toward parents would be exposed and not continue toward marriage. A young man who seeks to isolate, divide and turn a young woman against her mother, her siblings and her church is not displaying the sacrificial love of Christ described in Ephesians 5:25, and we pray your older daughter will have eyes to see this clearly and the courage to turn away from what is not God’s best for her. We also agree that this young man’s mother has no biblical authority to speak into your older daughter’s life to control her or to isolate her from her supportive family and church, for God has placed parents and the local church as the God ordained authorities and covering, not an outside influence driven by jealousy, manipulation and division.

We also lift up your younger daughter and the respectful young man she is dating. We pray they will guard their hearts with all diligence, Proverbs 4:23, that they will continue to honor you and each other, that they will not be drawn away by flattering words or persistent pressures, Proverbs 7:21, and that they will not follow the negative behaviors of others but will keep their courtship pure and Christ centered, looking toward godly marriage if it is the Lord’s will, rather than a casual relationship. We pray for her studies this semester, that God will give her wisdom liberally as He promises in James 1:5.

We join our faith with yours for a hedge of protection around you and your children, Job 1:10, that He will give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways, Psalm 91:11, that you will be clothed with the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil, Ephesians 6:11, and that no weapon that is formed against you will prosper, Isaiah 54:17. We pray the Lord will swiftly remove every negative influence that is preying upon your younger daughter and causing havoc in your home, and that He will restore the love, respect, gratitude and sweet peace between you and your children, that you will lie down in peace and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make us dwell in safety, Psalm 4:8.

We pray together, Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we come before You together and ask for Your divine intervention over this dear mother and her children. Lord, forgive where there has been sin and cleanse this family by the blood of Jesus. Break every chain, every word curse, every assignment of darkness and every spirit of division, isolation, strife, disrespect, mockery, selfishness, hate and rudeness, and cast it from this home forever. Place Your hedge of protection around this mother, her sons and her daughters, command Your angels to guard them, and clothe them with the full armor of God. Restore what has been broken, heal the relationship between this mother and her children and between the siblings, and let love, respect, gratitude and peace reign again. Give this mother wisdom and strength to set loving, biblical boundaries, and give her children soft and obedient hearts toward You and toward their mother. Open the eyes of the older daughter to see the controlling and hateful ways of this young man and his mother, deliver her from every ungodly influence and draw her back to walking closely with You and with her family. Protect the younger daughter and the young man she is courting, keep them pure, respectful and discerning, help them to turn from the path of those who do evil, and bless her studies with Your wisdom and knowledge. Let no flattering word or persistent pressure draw her away, and let her and her brother and sister walk in unity. Let this family have sweet, peaceful days and nights, filled with Your presence. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and our access to the Father, John 14:6, Acts 4:12, Amen.

We hear how deeply you love your children and how heavy these months have felt, wanting peace and respect restored in your home and protection over each of them. Carrying concern for both your daughters and your son while also trying to hold the home steady is a lot, and we are praying with you for wisdom and calm as you navigate it.

One thing that may help steady things is thinking about boundaries as property lines. They help us guard our hearts and love well, keeping what is ours to carry and not taking on what belongs to others. That can look like letting your yes be yes and your no be no in a kind, consistent way, speaking truth in love even when it is uncomfortable, stepping back from conversations that turn toxic, and leaning on other trusted people to help you protect peace in the home.

A practical next step many parents find helpful is to choose one or two clear, calm boundaries you can hold consistently, and to invite a trusted pastor or mature couple from your church community to walk with you. Having another steady voice can keep you from being pulled into triangulation and give your children a consistent picture of respect and accountability at home.

Jesus, we lift this mother and her children to You. Place Your hedge of protection around them, station Your angels near them, and clothe them in Your armor. Restore love, respect and peace between them, guard the younger daughter and her boyfriend from harmful pressure, bring clarity and freedom to the older daughter, and give this family sweet, peaceful days and nights. Guide each decision with Your wisdom, in Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for your household has been heard, and it is right and good to bring the sorrows and strifes of your family before the Lord who is both mighty to destroy the works of darkness and mighty to protect those who trust in Him.

The Lord has declared that He will break down everything which sets itself up in opposition to Him, and that He will cast down the mighty from their seats while He lifts up the poor from the dunghill. Every arrogant and controlling spirit, every jealous and manipulative influence that seeks to isolate and divide, must fall before His right hand. Yet the same God who breaks down the proud is He who keeps His own. He gives His angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways, and this protection is perpetual as well as personal to those who walk in His appointed ways.

You do well to pray for a hedge of protection and for the full armor of God, for no weapon formed against His people shall prosper when they abide under the shadow of the Almighty. But remember that this promise belongs to those who keep in the way of separation from the world and close walking with God. No man ever suffered real injury through keeping himself aloof from the ways of ungodly men, and no man ever failed to be a gainer by close fellowship with God. Therefore pray not only for protection from evil influences, but for grace to come out from among them and to touch not the unclean thing. As Noah and his family found all their safety inside the ark, so a family must find all its fellowship in connection with the Lord Jesus Christ.

You have asked for restoration of love and respect between you and your children, and for healing of what has been broken. Know that perfect restoration is the work of Christ alone, for He has redeemed us from the curse. As Peter fell grievously, denying his Master with oaths, yet the Lord did not cast him away, so there is hope for the wandering. Peter was restored not by his own resolve but by the crowing of the cock and a look from the Lord Jesus, and by the prevailing prayer of Christ who prayed that his faith fail not. The same Saviour lives and intercedes for your older daughter even now. Pray for her as Christ prayed for Peter, that she may be uplifted from the sieve of the enemy, that she may hear the cock crow and feel the piercing yet loving look of Christ which severs the soul from the crowd and brings it to weeping and repentance. Do not cease to pray, Restore unto me the joy of Your salvation, and take not Your Holy Spirit from me, for apart from that mercy we go from bad to worse.

For your younger daughter, pray that she be kept in the way of wisdom and led by the Spirit of God, for as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. This leading is not merely guidance but drawing and power to carry out His will. Pray that she and the young man who shows respect to her would be kept in all purity and honor, walking in the light and under the counsel of godly parents and the church. The Lord has ordained that romantic love and bodily union belong only within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. Any courtship that would claim His blessing must be conducted in holiness, self control and accountability, with marriage alone as its rightful end. Therefore we do not ask God to bless any relationship as it is, but we ask Him to make every relationship holy or to bring it to an end according to His perfect will, that all may be done to His glory. Pray that she will turn from every path of those who do evil, not pass by it but go another way, and that she will be given wisdom and knowledge for her studies and for every decision.

For the young man who has brought strife and for his mother who seeks influence where she has no biblical authority, pray that the Lord would expose every work of darkness, for there is no ladder which reaches from Hell to Heaven, and those who excite one another to worse sins increase the horror of their own darkness. Yet pray also for their souls, that they might be awakened and brought to repentance, for it is for the benefit of the righteous and for the awakening of the ungodly sometimes to thunder out the sentence of the Lord.

Continue to rebuke fear and division and hate not in your own strength, but by pleading the blood of Christ and the power of His name, and clothe your family daily in prayer, in the Word, and in close communion with a faithful church community from which no one should be isolated.

May the Lord hear your cry for sweet and peaceful days and nights, and may He grant you to see your whole household kept in His ark, holding all its communion with Him, until He brings perfect restoration in His time.

We join you in prayer: O Lord, wash this family thoroughly from iniquity and cleanse them from sin. Cast them not away from Your presence, and take not Your Holy Spirit from them. Restore unto them the joy of Your salvation. Set Your angels charge over them, keep them in Your appointed ways, break down every proud and divisive influence, and draw each heart to trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. Let love, gratitude, respect and peace be restored as fruit of Your Spirit, and let all that is not of You be broken and gone forever. In the name of Jesus our only Redeemer, Amen.
