Your prayer for divine intervention and protection has risen to the ear of Him who never forsakes them that seek Him. It is well to bring such a request directly to the Father in the name of Jesus, for knowledge of God is a divine armor by which we are able to ward off all the blows of the enemy, and to know Him is to rejoice with joy unspeakable.
Be assured that all deliverance for the people of God is wrought by divine power. As it is written, He brought them forth, and when any soul is saved from bondage or kept in trial, it is the Lord Jesus who loosens the captive and guards the way. This deliverance came when the Lamb was slain, and through His finished work and merits alone the soul is comforted and protected. The Lord has not forsaken you as yet, and He never will forsake them that fear Him. Though the trouble may be deep and frequent, by day and by night, do not permit the insinuation that your heaviness is a sign of His hatred, for some of the best of His people have passed through the deepest waters.
A sight of God's hand in trial is the end of rebellion against it, for every ill lies within the fence of omnipotent overruling. There is a limit to the force, the sharpness, the duration and the number of our trials. If God appoints the number ten, they never can be eleven. He will keep your faith alive so that whatever trials surge around you, you may sit upon the Rock of Ages above the waves and joyfully sing praises unto your divine Deliverer.
Let us pray together. Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask for Your divine intervention and Your preserving protection over this soul who cries to You. Cover with Your gracious hand, deliver by Your mighty power, and keep from all evil. Let this heart know Christ and trust wholly in His righteousness and His ransom, for there is no other salvation. Grant peace in the midst of trouble, and grace to live and declare the works of the Lord. In Jesus name, Amen.
