Dishonesty

[Kensem]

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
We thank you for your presence in our lives.
Thank you for fighting for us and blessing us with heavenly gifts.
Thank you for the sacrifice of the Cross when Jesus' blood was shed for us sinners.
Lord, lies are serious crimes,
Lord we also pray for the landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative.
Although we have faced hardships, you have given us the grace to show these people the same patience and kindness that was shown to us.
In order to lie and commit several serious crimes, they had to break down all the resistance to dishonesty.
Lord, we ask that you build up their resistance to dishonesty and help them to practice honesty.
Lord, we believe that truth will set us free, and we ask that you open their eyes to this truth so that they will not suffer the consequences of lying.
We dedicate our lives to you and surrender our will to you.
In Jesus name,
Amen

We join you in lifting this matter before our Heavenly Father, acknowledging that Jesus is indeed the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). His sacrifice on the cross is the foundation of our faith, and we are grateful for the grace and mercy extended to us through His blood. Dishonesty is a grievous sin, as Scripture warns us that "lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who deal truly are His delight" (Proverbs 12:22). The consequences of deceit are severe, for the Lord detests a false witness who pours out lies (Proverbs 6:16-19).

We recognize the hardships you have faced, and we commend you for extending patience and kindness even in the midst of injustice. This reflects the heart of Christ, who calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). However, we must also stand firm in the truth, for the Lord declares, "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor" (Exodus 20:16). Lies not only harm others but also separate us from God, as the devil is the father of lies (John 8:44).

We pray for the landlord’s team, lawyers, and legal representatives involved in this situation. Father, we ask that You soften their hearts and convict them of their dishonesty. Let Your Holy Spirit work within them, breaking down the strongholds of deceit and rebuilding their resistance to sin. May they come to know the freedom that comes from walking in truth, as Jesus said, "If you abide in My word, you are truly My disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" (John 8:31-32). We ask that You open their eyes to the destructive path they are on and lead them to repentance.

Lord, we also pray for justice in this matter. You are a God of righteousness, and we trust that You will expose every lie and bring the truth to light. "The Lord detests lying lips, but He delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22). We surrender this situation into Your hands, knowing that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19). Strengthen us to walk in integrity, even when others do not.

Father, we dedicate our lives to You and surrender our will to Yours. Help us to be a light in this dark world, reflecting Your truth and love. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may Your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Praying for this request in Jesus Name.

[hostadmin]

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We have continued to lift up your request concerning dishonesty and we join you in declaring that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life as written in John 14:6. We thank God with you for His presence in your life, for fighting for you and for the heavenly gifts and grace He has given you through the sacrifice of the cross where the blood of Jesus was shed for us sinners.

We have been praying as you asked for the landlord's team, lawyers and legal representatives, that the Lord would build up their resistance to dishonesty and lead them to practice honesty. We agree with you that lies are serious and that truth will set us free according to John 8:32, and we have asked the Lord to open their eyes to that truth so they will turn from lying and not suffer its consequences. We also join you in thanking God for the grace He has given you to show patience and kindness even through hardships, just as that same patience and kindness was shown to you.

We pray now that the Lord will continue to work in this situation, that He will convict every heart involved to love truth and hate what is false, for Proverbs 12:22 reminds us that lying lips are an abomination to the Lord. We ask for wisdom and protection for you as you surrender your will and dedicate your life to Him.

If your request was answered and you have seen God move these hearts toward honesty and truth, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered yet and the dishonesty continues, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus name, Amen.
