Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
We thank you for your presence in our lives.
Thank you for fighting for us and blessing us with heavenly gifts.
Thank you for the sacrifice of the Cross when Jesus' blood was shed for us sinners.
Lord, lies are serious crimes,
Lord we also pray for the landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative.
Although we have faced hardships, you have given us the grace to show these people the same patience and kindness that was shown to us.
In order to lie and commit several serious crimes, they had to break down all the resistance to dishonesty.
Lord, we ask that you build up their resistance to dishonesty and help them to practice honesty.
Lord, we believe that truth will set us free, and we ask that you open their eyes to this truth so that they will not suffer the consequences of lying.
We dedicate our lives to you and surrender our will to you.
In Jesus name,
amen

We stand together in agreement with your prayer, lifting up the weight of dishonesty and the harm it has caused. The Lord despises lying lips, for Scripture tells us, "Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who do the truth are his delight" (Proverbs 12:22 WEB). We acknowledge that deception is not merely a mistake, it is a sin that separates us from God’s holiness and brings destruction into our lives and the lives of others.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. There is no other name by which we can approach You, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). We thank You for the sacrifice of Your Son, whose blood was shed to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, including the sin of dishonesty. We surrender our wills to You, asking that You align our hearts with Your truth.

Lord, we pray for those involved in this situation, those who have perpetuated lies and those who have been affected by them. We ask that You break the stronghold of deception in their lives. "The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22 WEB). Father, we rebuke the spirit of dishonesty that has taken root, and we command it to flee in Jesus’ name. We ask that You replace it with a spirit of integrity, so that truth may prevail in every word and action.

We also lift up the landlord’s team, lawyers, and legal representatives. Though they may have acted unjustly, we pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict their hearts. "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, and he will have mercy on him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon" (Isaiah 55:7 WEB). Father, we ask that You soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth. May they recognize the gravity of their actions and turn from dishonesty to walk in Your ways.

Lord, we thank You for the grace You have given us to extend patience and kindness even in the face of hardship. Help us to continue reflecting Your character, for "love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil" (1 Corinthians 13:4-5 WEB). May our actions be a testimony to Your transformative power, drawing others to repentance and faith in Christ.

We declare that truth will set us free, as Jesus promised: "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free" (John 8:32 WEB). We stand on this promise, trusting that You will expose every lie and bring justice to this situation. We dedicate our lives to You, asking that You use us as instruments of Your peace and truth.

Father, we pray for restoration, restoration of trust, restoration of relationships, and restoration of integrity. May Your will be done in this matter, and may Your name be glorified. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Amen.

We’re struck by the grace in your words. You’ve been dealt with dishonestly in a legal battle, something that can leave a person exhausted, angry, and wondering if the truth even matters. Yet you’re praying for the very people behind that dishonesty, asking God to build up their resistance to lies and open their eyes to the truth that sets free. That kind of heart is not natural; it’s evidence of God already at work in you.

When we’re in the middle of a drawn-out fight, it’s easy to fixate on what the other side is doing or whether they’ll ever change. But notice what you’ve already been given: the ability to show patience and kindness in the face of wrongdoing. That’s a real, tangible gift. It doesn’t excuse what they’ve done, but it means their dishonesty hasn’t defined you. You’re not becoming like them. That’s something to hold onto on the hard days.

We know you didn’t ask for counsel, but a small practical step might be to keep this prayer alive in the mundane moments, when the next legal letter arrives or a memory of a lie resurfaces, pause and say, “Lord, they need your truth. And I need your peace.” If the weight becomes too heavy, let a trusted pastor or a mature friend walk with you; you don’t have to carry it alone.

Let’s pray briefly.

Jesus, you are the way, the truth, and the life. We ask you to guard our friend’s heart from becoming bitter. Let the truth of this situation come to light in your time and in your way. We pray for the landlord’s team, the lawyers, and all involved: soften their consciences, pull down the walls that let them practice dishonesty, and draw them toward what is right. Give our friend steady confidence that you see everything and will not abandon the righteous. In your name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Let none suppose the fight is over; the great warfare of truth waxes more hot and fierce than ever. Heroes of the truth, soldiers of Christ awake! Take your swords from their scabbards, for there are enemies, and the battle between right and wrong must be continued until truth has the victory. This is not a time for lethargy or coldness, nor for a nullification of all truth. Remember, O children of God, that there are many things that should make you valiant for God and for His truth. Stand by the banner of truth, after such an illustrious pedigree of warriors have held it in their hands.

Buy the truth at any price, and buy it now. I mean practical truth, our actions being consistent, those of a right and straightforward course. Let all go as long as you may, but have truth in the doctrine, truth in the heart, truth in the life, and Christ, who is the Truth, to be your treasure forever. Buy all the truth; do not pick and choose from the Scriptures, but buy only the truth. You need the truth of God, and you will never be received by God at last unless you bring the truth in your right hand. This truth ought to banish our fear of man. Why should you be afraid of a man that shall die, or the son of man who is but a worm? And while this truth should ensure our submission to the will of God, it ought also to strengthen our faith, genuine faith trusts God in a storm.

Yet there is a deeper matter of the heart. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. The absence of confession of present sin means the absence of the light of truth and sincerity. Come to your heavenly Father on the ground of truth, confessing that you have sinned, that is the truth for you; and on the ground that Christ died for sinners, that is the truth on God’s side which enables Him to smile on sinners. No man is as tender and as penitent as he ought to be; if you felt you were, you would be feeling a falsehood, and so the truth would not be in you. He will meet you where the truth is and nowhere else.

The power which renders the Gospel saving lies not in human logic or eloquence, but in the Holy Spirit accompanying the Divine Truth. The Spirit of God is not straitened; His arm is not shortened that He cannot save. When hearts understand that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, became Man and suffered in the place of all who trust Him, the barbed arrows of Divine Truth stick fast. And what truth did He not witness to? Did He not mirror all truth in His life, that God is love, that sin is heinous, that mercy is boundless? Christ did not merely speak the truth, He was Truth. He is transparent from head to foot: Truth in public, Truth in private, Truth in word, and Truth in deed. Hence He has a kingdom over the pure in heart and is extolled by those whose hearts are set upon righteousness.

Would God that we all sighed and longed for the day when every nation is covered with God’s truth as the waters cover the sea. Decision for Christ and His truth has the greatest power in the family and the world. May we devote ourselves for God and for His truth, until we sing with truth, “Hallelujah! Christ the Lord God Omnipotent shall reign.”

You pray for these lawyers and representatives, asking that God build up their resistance to dishonesty and open their eyes to the truth. This is a good petition, for a soul given over to lies is truly wretched. When a man casts off honesty to gain money or advantage, he plunges himself into madness. If even honest gain often leads to ruin, what wailings await the one whose wealth is built on deceit? Not only does he lose his soul, but he heaps up hell for himself with every false word.

Yet consider: truth can only illuminate a heart that is prepared to receive it. When the sun strikes clear eyes, they are enlightened; if they remain dark, it is their own infirmity, not the sun’s. In the same way, these people have broken down every natural resistance to dishonesty, and so they grope in darkness. You must continue to show them patience and kindness, but do not mistake patience for approving their sin. Let your own life be a constant rebuke to their falsehood, adorned with all godliness and honesty. A life of mere comfort and peace is nothing; even pagans and profligates may live so. True peace is found only in a life of integrity, where word and deed match.

Do not think that your hardships are without purpose. When affliction is endured in the truth, it becomes an occasion for grace, even gladness. The Apostle boasted of his converts’ steadfastness, and his boasting proved true. So let your conduct be such that no one can accuse you of any secret dishonesty. For nothing so confounds the wicked as the sight of a soul at rest in God, unmoved by their schemes, clinging to honesty when lies seem profitable. Pray for their repentance, but also see that your own hands are clean. Surrender your will to God, and let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Then the truth will indeed set many free.

The weight of facing deliberate dishonesty, especially from those with legal power, can be exhausting. You are walking through a valley where the very foundations of fairness seem shaken, but you have already grasped the most vital reality: truth is a Person, not just a concept. Jesus declared Himself the way, the truth, and the life. That means when lies assault you, you are not defenseless. You are anchored to the One who is truth itself, and His truth endures forever.

What strikes me is how you have responded not with retaliation but with the same patience and kindness that was first shown to you. This is no small thing. It is easy to assent to the idea of mercy, but the real test comes when you must practice it toward those who have injured you. You are putting truth into action by refusing to mirror their dishonesty with hardness of heart. Many hear the truth and agree with it, yet never allow it to reshape their conduct. You are walking in the truth, and that brings profound joy to those who labor in the gospel and, I believe, to the Lord Himself. There is no greater gladness than seeing a believer refuse to compromise integrity even when pressured.

You are wise to pray that God would build up their resistance to dishonesty. Lies often gain entrance because every inner restraint has been torn down. The enemy is a forger of lies, and he knows how to blind eyes to the reality of a person’s condition. Those who persist in falsehood become captive, unable to see the trap they are in. But you have asked the Father to open their eyes, and that is exactly what He does. His truth has the power to set them free, not only from legal consequences but from spiritual bondage. Your prayer for them to practice honesty is a prayer for their genuine good, not just a release from your own hardship.

Do not be surprised, though, if the truth continues to be poorly received for a season. There are those who would rather be flattered or maintain a comfortable system than face reality. Speaking and living truthfully can provoke hostility, as Scripture makes plain. Paul asked, “Have I then become your enemy because I tell you the truth?” Yet, he remained resolved. His goal was not to please people but to please God. You have dedicated your life and surrendered your will to the Lord. That surrender means trusting Him with the outcome, even when those who oppose you seem to prevail for a moment. What is legal is not always what is right in God’s sight, and He sees every hidden thing.

Keep holding to His precepts when proud men forge lies against you. The psalmist chose to delight in God’s law even while others crafted falsehoods. Continue to walk in truth, showing love without compromise. As you do, you become a fellow helper in the truth, not by argument alone, but by the witness of a life transformed by Christ. The Father knows the burden you carry, and He will guide you. May He richly fill you with His love and His word, strengthening you to stand firm, and may He turn the hearts of those who lie so that they too might know the freedom only He can give.
