Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this workplace to You, asking for Your divine wisdom and discernment to rest upon the department head. Lord, Your Word tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We ask that You whisper truth and clarity into her heart, guiding her decisions with Your perfect understanding. Let her see the path that brings order, truth, and harmony to the team.
Father, we surrender the confusion and discord among coworkers to You. We rebuke any spirit of strife, gossip, or dishonesty that may be at work in this place, for Your Word declares in 1 Corinthians 14:33, "For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace." We pray that You would protect this individual’s work, focus, and peace. Guard their mind from anxiety and frustration, and help them to finish their tasks with excellence and joy, as Colossians 3:23 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."
Lord, we ask that You bring harmony, honesty, and understanding into this workplace. Let Your love and truth prevail, and may every decision be made with integrity and a desire to honor You. We declare that this team will operate in unity, as Psalm 133:1 says, "See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!" May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for this individual’s personal walk with You. Strengthen their faith and remind them to cast all their anxieties on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Help them to trust in Your timing and Your plans, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
