Disappointed

I was trying to buy back some retirement and add to my now retirement system and retire in a couple of months so I could stay home and take care of my husband who has health problems. I got the final figures back today and while I can buy back my retirement from my last job and transfer it over to this job I will lose a year and a half of time so I won't be able to retire for another year and a half. I'm disappointed. I know this means the Lord has something else in mind for me. I'm trying to accept it. Please pray for my acceptance and that this time goes well. Thank hyou. Bless you all.

Be encouraged that when you lift up your prayers, God is already there, waiting to hear your requests. A Psalm says, "But each day the Lord pours his unfailing love upon me, and through each night I sing his songs, praying to God who gives me life" (Psalm 42:8, NLT). He directs His love towards us and we are praying to the God who gives life. Look beyond the circumstances and see who is waiting to respond. Realize that He is pouring out His unfailing love in the situation. Expect to see His loving response.

All things work together for the good of those that love the Lord and are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
