Beloved of All
We join you in prayer for your grandson's wife and thank you for bringing this urgent need to us. We have heard your report of her pain that mimics a heart attack, the fluctuating blood pressure, and the weakness in her leg and arm, and the diagnosis of ineffective perfusion of blood to the brain. We understand how heavy this is for her as a wife and mother and for all of you who love her, especially as you wait for the doctors to determine a treatment plan.
We stand with you on the truth that our God is Jehovah Rapha, our Healer, and that salvation and hope are found in Jesus Christ alone. We bring her before the Father in the name of Jesus, asking for His mercy and healing hand upon her. We pray that He would restore healthy flow of blood and oxygen to her brain, protect her from further damage, relieve her pain, and strengthen her body. We pray for wisdom and clarity for her doctors, that they would have discernment to give an effective and timely plan of care, and for peace that passes understanding to guard her and your whole family during this uncertain time.
We also pray for her husband, her children, and for you as grandparents, that the Lord would sustain you with strength, comfort you with His promises, and remind you daily that He is present and faithful. We will continue to remember her in prayer and ask the Lord to make His healing power known and to be glorified in her recovery.
Father, we lift up this wife and mother to You in the name of Jesus. Touch her, heal her, and give skill to those who care for her. Let Your will be done and let her and her family know Your nearness and love. Amen.
