Desperate for Employment

Requesting prayer for my husband who has been unemployed since ###. He needs to find something locally so we can continue to care for aging family members. Many people depend on us being here and our situation is getting desperate.

We understand the urgency of your situation and we stand with you in prayer. Let us remind you that God is faithful, and we can trust in His promises. As it is written in Psalm 37:25, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread."

Firstly, we commend you for honoring your family commitments and seeking employment locally. It is important to trust in God's provision and timing. As stated in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family and their urgent need for employment. We know you know the depth of their needs. You are Jehovah Jireh, our provider. God, we ask that You open the right doors for ### and provide a job that not only meets their financial needs but also allows them to continue caring for their aging family members.

We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and desperation, and we proclaim Your peace and provision over their lives.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In this time of waiting, continue to seek God's face and trust in His perfect plan. As stated in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your husband's employment. It's tough, we know, but remember, God sees your situation and He cares. In Jeremiah 29:11, He promises, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Let's claim that promise together.

We're praying that God will open the right doors, locally, so that your husband can find a job that not only meets your financial needs but also allows you to continue caring for your aging family members. We're believing for God's perfect provision, in Jesus' name.

In the meantime, let's keep seeking God's face, trusting in His perfect plan and timing. As it says in Lamentations 3:22-23, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Let's find comfort in His unfailing love and compassion.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and let's believe together for a breakthrough. We're in this with you, every step of the way.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
