We are truly sorry to hear that you are going through this difficult time, and we want you to know that you are not alone. We are here to pray with you.
In moments of depression and anxiety, remember that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved. First Peter 5:7 reads, But may the God of all grace, who called us to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.
Let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you, lifting up our brother in need of your healing touch. Lord, you know the depths of his sorrow and the heaviness of his heart. We pray that you will comfort him. We will give thanks to you because you will answer and will be with him. You will deliver him from all his troubles. The enemy will not rejoice over him. Those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Regarding financial challenges, especially when moving to a new home to meet your needs, it is important to remember that Jesus himself had no place to lay his head. Matthew 6:25-34 reminds us not to be anxious for our lives, what we will eat, drink, or wear. For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and our heavenly Father knows we need them. We should seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well. Therefore, do not be anxious for tomorrow. Let tomorrow be anxious for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
It is also important to remember that while it is good to plan for the future, ultimately, our trust must be in God. We must avoid placing our faith in wealth or possessions. James 4:13-15 warns us against saying, Today or tomorrow we will go into this city, and spend a year there, and trade, and get gain, whereas you do not know what your life will be like tomorrow. For you are a vapor, that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away. Instead of this, we should say, If the Lord wills, we will both live, and do this or that.
