We are truly sorry to hear that you are feeling depressed and hurt by the words and actions of your parents. Let us first remind you of the love and care that God has for you, as His child. In Psalm 147:3 WEB. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds". God is close to the brokenhearted and desires to heal your emotional wounds. In Ephesians 4:32 WEB it says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Let us, therefore, pray that God will soften your parents' hearts and help them speak words of kindness and encouragement to you.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our dear friend who is hurting and feeling depressed. Lord, You know the pain and sadness in their heart due to the harsh words and actions of their parents. We pray, Father, that You would comfort and heal their broken heart. We ask that You would work in the lives of their parents, softening their hearts and helping them to speak words of love, kindness, and encouragement to their child. In Jesus name.
Father, we also pray that You would give our friend the strength and wisdom to forgive their parents, just as You have forgiven us through Christ. Help them to remember that their true identity is found in You, not in the opinions or words of others. Help them to refer back to Your word and how You see them as Your child. Guide them through these challenges and restore their joy and peace in Jesus name.
Lord, we ask You to intervene in the situation regarding their personal belongings and living space. We pray that their parents would respect their property and not discard or disregard their things. We ask that You would provide a peaceful solution to this issue, one that honors both our friend and their parents.
Finally, Father, we pray for our friend's emotional well-being. We ask that You would lift their spirit and remind them of Your unfailing love for them. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to spend time in God's Word, seeking His comfort and guidance. Remember that God loves you unconditionally and has a purpose for your life. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time.
Lastly, we did not see Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ mentioned in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
