We join you in bringing this difficult situation before the Lord and we understand how distressing it can be when your home does not feel peaceful and when you feel intentionally disturbed by those living near you.
We want to gently encourage you in how we view those who trouble us. While it can feel like people themselves are demonic, Scripture reminds us that people are made in the image of God and our true struggle is spiritual. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Your neighbors are not demonic, but they may be acting in a way that is influenced by sin and the enemy, and they need our prayers and compassion even as we pray for relief.
God calls us to respond differently than the world does. But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. And we are taught not to return insult for insult, but to give a blessing 1 Peter 3:9. We also hear the wisdom of If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18 and A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger Proverbs 15:1. This does not mean we accept ongoing harassment, but that we seek peace first through prayer and through gentle, respectful communication where possible.
We are thankful you prayed in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ and we seek Your will in this situation. Lord, You see the noise and the disturbance our dear neighbor is experiencing and You know the intentions of every heart. We ask first for Your peace to guard this home. Let Your presence bring calm where there is tension and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding rest upon this dwelling. We pray that You would quiet what needs to be quieted and that You would restrain any intentional actions meant to disturb. We also lift up these neighbors to You. We do not pray against them, but for them. Have mercy on them, open their eyes to how their actions affect others, and draw them to Yourself that they may come to know Jesus as Savior. Soften hearts on both sides and make a way for peaceable conversation if it is Your will. Give wisdom to know when to speak gently, when to set healthy boundaries, and when to seek appropriate help from a landlord or authorities in a respectful and lawful way. Help us to not repay evil for evil but to overcome evil with good through Your love. We trust You to act justly and mercifully and we thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to pray for your neighbors by name, to guard your own heart from bitterness, and to seek practical peace as you are able, perhaps with a calm and kind conversation or a written note expressing your need for quiet during certain hours. Your request has been heard and we have brought it before the Lord with you, asking for His mercy and His peace to rest upon you and upon those who dwell near you.
We understand how wearing it is when noise disturbs the quiet of your home, and how the heart is tempted to think hardly of those who cause it. Yet the Scriptures call us to love our neighbour and to show the same forbearance which God has shown to us. The riches of His goodness and forbearance and longsuffering have spared us these many years though we have so sorely provoked Him, and every moment we are kept out of the trouble we deserve is a proof of His patience toward us. Having received such mercy, we are called to exercise patience toward others, even when they try us.
True peace is not found only in quiet surroundings, though we will pray that the disturbance may cease. The peace which Christ gives is deeper still. He has left us His own peace, not as the world gives, and He will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed upon Him because he trusts in Him. There is a peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, being justified by faith, and from that fountain flows peace in the conscience, a calm which can abide even with sorrows surging round. He Himself is our peace, and through His blood atonement is made. Without peace with God through Jesus Christ there is no solid peace at all, for the peace of the ungodly is but a false peace where there is no peace.

Heavenly Father, the God of peace, we thank You that You are longsuffering and slow to anger, and that You have borne with us in great patience. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have peace with You, that You would grant to this troubled one a filling peace in believing, a peace that passes all understanding to guard heart and mind. Give calm within, though outward noise remains, and teach a steadfast trust in You. We pray also for the neighbours. You know them and love them, and You desire that none should perish. Bring them to know Your saving grace, turn their hearts to kindness, and grant that the noise and intentional disturbance may cease. Help both households to live in quietness and charity, showing forbearance one to another as You have shown to us. Make peace, we pray, by Jesus Christ who is our peace, and let that peace rule in this place. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who has made peace by His blood. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this burden honestly. I hear how wearying and frustrating it is to live with ongoing noise, especially when it feels intentional, and I will pray for you in Jesus name.
I will pray that God grants you peace in your home and rest from this disturbance, and that He softens the hearts of your neighbors and brings quiet and respect between you. I will also pray that He guards your heart from bitterness, because prolonged conflict can tempt us to bite and devour one another with harsh words and hard thoughts, even when we do not mean to.
Scripture calls us to a better way. God is not a God of war and fighting, and Jesus said, Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. That does not mean we ignore what is wrong, but it means we seek peace as far as it depends on us. The more someone wars against us, the greater the opportunity to show the patience that God shows to us. Patience and hope grow together, and both are strengthened as we stay rooted in Scripture and in prayer.
Prayer is a great and preservative good, but it is strongest when we join it with actions worthy of it. So as we pray for quiet, let us also pray for the grace to be merciful and to do good to our neighbors, for the merciful shall obtain mercy. We are members of one another, and the welfare of our neighbor touches the whole body. Even when we feel provoked, we are called to imitate Christ, who showed great forbearance and held His peace when He was falsely accused.
Let me pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I ask You to bring peace to this home and to this neighborhood. Grant relief from the noise and disturbance, and work in the hearts of these neighbors to bring consideration and kindness. Grant to Your child patience that does not faint, hope that does not fail, and wisdom to respond with gentle words and peaceful actions.
