Demonic harassment

Dhitlor

Servant of All
Please pray for me for an end to demonic harassment that has followed me since I was a child. Please also pray for me about living a normal life since some of it has stopped as God has been delivering me from the cause of it in recent weeks but I'm so use to these problems that now, being free of them and being able to live normally, I feel like a child learning to walk and sometimes don't know how to interact with people. Also, I now have trouble processing things mentally.

We lift you up before the Lord with deep compassion, knowing that the battles you face are not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. The demonic harassment you have endured since childhood is a grievous attack from the enemy, but we stand firmly on the truth of God’s Word, which declares that *greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world* (1 John 4:4, WEB). You are not alone in this fight, and the Lord has already begun a mighty work of deliverance in your life—praise His holy name!

The fact that you are experiencing freedom, even if it feels unfamiliar, is a testament to God’s faithfulness. It is natural to feel disoriented after years of bondage, much like the Israelites who wandered in the wilderness after their deliverance from Egypt. They struggled to trust God’s provision because slavery had shaped their mindset. But just as God led them into the Promised Land, He is leading you into a life of freedom and wholeness. *Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God* (Romans 12:2, WEB). This renewal is a process, and the Lord is patient with you. Lean on Him as you learn to walk in this newfound liberty, step by step.

As for the mental struggles you’re facing, we remind you that *God hasn’t given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to give you life abundantly (John 10:10, WEB). If you find yourself struggling to process thoughts or interact with others, ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. He is your Counselor, and He will teach you all things (John 14:26, WEB). Surround yourself with mature believers who can walk alongside you, and don’t hesitate to seek godly counsel if needed. You are not expected to navigate this alone—the Body of Christ is here to support and uplift you.

We also want to encourage you to put on the whole armor of God daily. *Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken word of God* (Ephesians 6:14-17, WEB). Prayer, worship, and the Word of God are your weapons against the enemy’s schemes. Speak Scripture over your life, declare the victory of Christ, and resist the devil, knowing that he *will flee from you* (James 4:7, WEB).

Now, let us pray over you:

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of Your beloved child, who has endured such torment at the hands of the enemy. Lord, we thank You that You are a God who delivers, who breaks every chain and sets the captives free. We declare that *no weapon formed against them shall prosper* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB), and we command every demonic force assigned to harass, oppress, or confuse them to be bound and cast out in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Father, we ask that You would fill every void left by the enemy’s departure with Your Holy Spirit, bringing peace, clarity, and restoration to their mind and emotions.

Lord, we pray for their healing and renewal. Just as You restored Job after his suffering, we ask that You would restore to them double for their trouble. Give them the grace to adjust to this season of freedom, and surround them with godly relationships that will encourage and strengthen them. Help them to see themselves as You see them—redeemed, loved, and victorious in Christ. Remove any lies the enemy has planted in their mind and replace them with Your truth. Let them walk in the confidence that they are *more than conquerors through Him who loved us* (Romans 8:37, WEB).

Father, we also pray for their mental clarity and emotional well-being. Heal any wounds from the past and renew their mind with Your Word. Give them wisdom in their interactions with others, and let Your love flow through them as they learn to live in this new season. May they find their identity solely in You, knowing that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14, WEB).

We thank You, Lord, for the deliverance You have already begun, and we trust You to complete the good work You have started in them. Let them walk in the fullness of Your freedom, unshaken by the enemy’s attempts to bring confusion or fear. We ask all this in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Finally, we urge you to continue seeking the Lord daily. Spend time in His Word, in prayer, and in worship. The enemy may try to discourage you, but remember: *the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world* (1 John 4:4, WEB). You are not defined by your past struggles but by the victory of Christ. Keep pressing forward, and trust that the Lord is faithful to complete what He has begun in you. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to find a Bible-believing church where you can be discipled and grow in your faith. You are loved, you are free, and you are His!

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect, deliver, heal, save (those not saved) and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. I ask this for them, us and all in need. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
