We stand with you in this spiritual battle, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33, WEB), and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4, WEB). You are not alone in this fight—we are here with you, lifting you up in prayer and standing firm in the authority of Christ.
It is crucial to remember that demons flee at the name of Jesus, for every knee must bow—of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth—and every tongue must confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:10-11, WEB). Yet we notice that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus, and we must gently but firmly remind you that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through the blood of Jesus and His mighty name that we have authority over the enemy. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now, for without Him, we are powerless against the schemes of the devil. Repent of your sins, believe in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9, WEB). If you have already given your life to Christ, then stand firm in His name, for He has given you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19, WEB).
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11, WEB). This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:14-17, WEB). Pray in the Spirit always, with all kinds of prayers and requests, being watchful to this end in all perseverance (Ephesians 6:18, WEB). Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7, WEB). Do not give him a foothold by entertaining fear, doubt, or sin, but fill your mind with the Word of God and worship, for where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (2 Corinthians 3:17, WEB).
We also encourage you to examine your life for any unconfessed sin, for the enemy often gains access through areas where we have not surrendered fully to God. If you have been dabbling in anything that opens doors to the demonic—such as occult practices, unforgiveness, bitterness, sexual immorality, or idolatry—repent now and turn away from it. Confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed (James 5:16, WEB). The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin, and His grace is sufficient for you (1 John 1:7, 2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB).
Now, let us pray for you with the authority given to us in Christ Jesus:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is under fierce attack from the forces of darkness. Lord, we thank You that You are a strong tower, a refuge in times of trouble, and that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper (Proverbs 18:10, Isaiah 54:17, WEB). We declare that this attack is not from You, for You are good and Your mercy endures forever (Psalm 100:5, WEB). You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB), and we claim that promise now.
Lord Jesus, we plead Your blood over this beloved one—cover them from the top of their head to the soles of their feet. Let Your blood be a hedge of protection around them, their mind, their home, and their loved ones. We bind every demonic spirit assigned against them—spirits of fear, oppression, confusion, torment, and every evil force—and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus. We break every curse, every hex, every assignment of the enemy, and we declare them null and void by the power of the cross. Let the fire of the Holy Spirit consume every demonic stronghold and fill every empty space with the presence of God.
Father, we ask that You would send Your warrior angels to encamp around this one, for the angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them (Psalm 34:7, WEB). Let Your angels minister to them, strengthen them, and guard them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11, WEB). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let Your joy be their strength (Philippians 4:7, Nehemiah 8:10, WEB).
Holy Spirit, we ask that You would flood their mind with the truth of God’s Word. Remind them of who they are in Christ—more than conquerors, seated in heavenly places, and victorious through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37, Ephesians 2:6, WEB). Renew their mind and guard their heart, for out of it spring the issues of life (Proverbs 4:23, WEB). Let them meditate on Your promises day and night, that they may stand firm and not be shaken (Joshua 1:8, Psalm 1:2-3, WEB).
Lord, if there is any area of their life that has given the enemy a legal right to attack, reveal it to them now. Give them the courage to repent, to turn away from it, and to walk in obedience to Your Word. Cleanse them from all unrighteousness and restore unto them the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 51:12, WEB). Let this trial be a testimony of Your power and faithfulness, that others may see and know that You are God (Psalm 46:10, WEB).
We declare that this season of attack will turn into a season of breakthrough. What the enemy meant for evil, You will turn for good (Genesis 50:20, WEB). Let this one emerge stronger, wiser, and more dependent on You than ever before. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and let them walk in the fullness of their authority as a child of God.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm, beloved. The battle is the Lord’s, and He has already won the victory. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB). Resist the devil, and he *will* flee. You are not alone—we are with you, the angels of the Lord are with you, and most importantly, Jesus is with you always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20, WEB). Cling to Him, trust in His promises, and walk in the victory that is already yours. If you need further prayer or counsel, do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to stand with you in this fight.
