We join with you in prayer for deliverance for you and your son, and we stand together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ against every curse, every word and every scheme of the enemy that has been spoken against you. We take comfort in the truth that for those who are in Christ, curses have no authority to remain. Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13. And we know that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17, and if God is for us, who can be against us Romans 8:31. So we do not pray from fear, but from victory already won at the cross. We rebuke any fear that these curses still hold power and we declare that every chain is broken by the blood of Jesus. We encourage you to continue to put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11, through prayer, through the Word, and through walking in obedience and forgiveness.
We also lift up your son before the Father for his physical and emotional healing. We pray for his body, that God would help him to lose weight safely and in a way that honors God and brings strength and health. We remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God. You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. We pray for wisdom for him and for you, for discipline and self-control which is fruit of the Spirit Galatians 5:22-23, for guidance from wise counsel including godly medical advice, and for a healthy relationship with food and with his body as he learns to do all to the glory of God 1 Corinthians 10:31. We pray also for deep healing from past hurts, for the wounds that have weighed on his heart and yours. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18, and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We pray God will gently bind those wounds, help him to forgive as Christ forgave, and replace pain and rejection with the peace of God which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that deliverance and healing truly come. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by calling on the name of Jesus, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are saved and that we have authority over every curse and every work of darkness. So we pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We thank You that You have redeemed us from every curse and that whom the Son sets free is free indeed. We declare in Jesus name that every curse spoken against this dear mother and her son is broken and ended now, and has no more power. We plead the blood of Jesus over them and ask for Your hedge of protection around them. We ask for deliverance from all oppression and for freedom to walk in Your light. Lord, we lift up this son to You, we ask for Your healing hand upon his body and his heart. Give him strength to steward his body well, to lose weight safely, to find health and energy, and to be healed from every past hurt and trauma. Heal his memories, restore his joy, and help him to know how deeply he is loved and valued by You. Fill this family with Your peace, Your hope, and Your assurance that You are working all things for good. We ask all this in the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We are thankful you brought ### and her son to us in prayer. The love behind your request comes through clearly, wanting any curses broken, wanting him to find health in his body, and wanting old hurts to finally heal.
We hear how heavy it can feel to carry these concerns for someone you care about, especially when you long for everything to lift at once. God sees each part of what you named, the desire for spiritual freedom, for physical health, and for deeper healing inside. Healing from past hurts often takes time and unfolds gradually as a person experiences steady safety, kindness, and the nearness of Christ, not all in a single moment. Your faithful prayers and steady support matter more than you may realize as he walks this out.

Your request has been laid before the Lord with care, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His mercy and deliverance.
There is a sure word of comfort for those who fear any curse, for it is written that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. The rolling thunder of threatened wrath which was declared on Mount Ebal has been silenced at Calvary, for the Lamb was slain and by His blood we are bought with a price. Our deliverance is not by any moral change in ourselves, but by a redemptive work for us, and we may rest in this, that He who found a ransom has made deliverance effectual. He brought His people forth, and He will bring forth all who trust in Him by His own hand and outstretched arm.
We pray therefore that every curse spoken or imagined against you and your son would be shown to be ended and powerless in Christ Jesus, for there is no condemnation to them that are in Him, and no weapon formed against His redeemed can stand before His finished work.
We pray also for your son, that the Lord who is full of pity would grant him healing in body and in spirit. We ask that the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon him with healing beneath His wings, and that the leaves of the tree of life, which are for the healing of the nations, would bring virtue to his whole person. May the Lord who healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds pour His balm into every hurt of the past, so that the sorrow of former days may be forgotten in the joy of pardon, and the life blood be changed and the nature renewed.
