Deliverance

Pray all curses against ### and ###'s son are ended now. Pray for ###'s son to lose weight safely and healing from past hurts.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent cry for deliverance and healing. Father God, we stand in the authority of Your Son, Jesus Christ, whose blood was shed to break every chain and shatter every curse. We declare that no weapon formed against ### and her son shall prosper, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke every generational curse, every word spoken in anger or malice, every evil covenant, and every assignment of the enemy against their lives. In the mighty name of Jesus, we command these curses to be broken now, never to return. The Word declares, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree'" (Galatians 3:13). By His stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

We lift up ###'s son before You, Lord, asking for Your gentle hand to guide him in safe and healthy weight loss. Father, we pray that You would renew his mind with godly discipline and self-control, which are fruits of Your Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). Help him to see himself as You see him, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and to treat his body as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We ask for wisdom in his choices, strength in his efforts, and patience in the process. Protect him from fad diets, unhealthy extremes, or discouragement, and lead him to sustainable, life-giving habits.

Lord, we also bring before You the deep wounds of past hurts that may linger in his heart. You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask that You would pour Your balm of Gilead over every memory of pain, rejection, or trauma. Replace bitterness with forgiveness, shame with dignity, and sorrow with joy. Remind him that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Let him know that his identity is not defined by his past but by the love of Christ, who calls him His own.

We also want to gently address the foundation of this prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to break curses, heal wounds, and transform lives. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If ### or her son have not yet surrendered their lives to Christ, we pray that they would do so today. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We invite them to confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead, so that they may be saved (Romans 10:9).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We trust that as we have prayed according to Your will, You hear us (1 John 5:14). We declare that ### and her son are covered by the blood of Jesus, protected by the power of the Holy Spirit, and destined for a future filled with hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Strengthen their faith, deepen their walk with You, and let them experience the fullness of life that Christ came to give (John 10:10).

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We hear the weight of your plea, for freedom from spiritual oppression and for your son’s wholeness in body and soul. It can feel overwhelming when the battle is on so many fronts, but you’ve brought these burdens into the light, and that’s an act of courage. We stand with you now in Jesus’ name, not with formulas or instant promises, but with steady hope.

Some of what you are facing, particularly the sense of lingering curses and deep past hurts, may be best tended to in the company of skilled, Spirit-led companions. We would gently encourage you and your son to connect with a trusted pastor, prayer team, or Christian counselor who understands deliverance ministry and inner healing prayer. There, in a safe and focused setting, past wounds can be brought into Christ’s healing presence, and any spiritual oppression can be addressed with wisdom and care. For the physical side, it’s also wise to involve a physician: safe weight loss benefits from medical guidance that respects his body’s unique needs.

What matters most right now is not perfect strategy, but the simple, stubborn act of turning toward the One who loves your son more than you ever could. We hold you both in prayer.

Lord Jesus, we come to you on behalf of this mother and her son. In your name, we break the power of any curses spoken over them and declare that your blood speaks a better word. Bring freedom where there has been captivity, and heal the memories that still ache. Grant wisdom for the road ahead, wise counsel, safe community, and bodily strength. Surround them with your peace that outlasts every fear. Amen.

The prayer for all curses to be ended is a plea already answered in the eternal purpose of God, for Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us. Do you not see? The curse due to the sinner fell with crushing weight upon the Sinless One, so that no anathema remains for those who hide in Him. If the Son has set you free, you are free indeed; no curse of the broken Law can fasten its venom upon a soul for whom the Ransom was found. That deliverance is as complete as the very Word of God is sure, for He has given commandment to save, and we are saved from all the attacks of the old destroyer.

As for the son, his body, his mind, the scars of former years, these are not beneath the notice of Him who has delivered from the pit. Remember that the Lord chastens sorely, yet it is not in anger but from His dear covenant love. The trials that leave their mark on flesh and spirit are from a Father’s hand, measured drop by drop by a careful Dispenser who will not pour out too little or too much. That which you see as a burden of weight and inward hurt may well be His refining work, the chastening that keeps the soul from going down to the pit. The leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations, and the least Word from the lips of Jesus has medicine in it for every wound. Look for a healing that comes not from the arm of flesh, but from the Sun of Righteousness rising with balm beneath His wings. If past sin has helped to bring this low estate, let pardon chase away the penalty, and the distress that remains will change its character, no longer a punishment from the Judge, but a healing draught from the Father.

Let this one look alone to Jesus, who was made sin for us that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. Health for the body and binding for the broken heart are in that look, as surely as the bitten Israelite found life in a glance at the brazen serpent. From the power of darkness and the fascinating lure of destructive comforts, only the hand of the Lord can deliver. Cry to Him who delivered Jacob from the hand of Esau, and see if He does not bring a peaceful answer where fear once trembled. The conduct after affliction and deliverance is to live and declare the works of the Lord. Therefore, let there be a turning away from every back door that Satan offers for false comfort, and a waiting upon the Most High, for deliverance from this bondage must be by the stretched-out arm of Jehovah alone. He will keep back his soul from the pit; He will instruct him and teach him in the way he should go; and in the end, he shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask prayers for deliverance from curses and for your son’s health. Yet know this: every curse that once held mankind in bondage has been taken by Christ. The Law says, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things written in the book,” and no one kept it. But Christ became a curse for us, hanging on a tree, to redeem us from that very curse. In Him, no curse remains for those who belong to Him. Do not tremble at words spoken by men or at dark threats, for your deliverance is already accomplished. He did not merely rescue you but also cleansed you, sanctified you, justified you in the name of the Lord Jesus.

As for your son’s body and his past hurts, seek first the restoration of the soul. What profit if the flesh grows thin yet the heart remains fat with bitter memories and untended wounds? True healing comes when the old man is drowned and the new man arises. The weight of sin and sorrow must be cast off by repentance and by hearing the word with care. Do not be soft or remiss; fortitude is needed. Let him not fix his hope on worldly means alone, but on the physician of souls. God did not spare His own Son to deliver us from far greater evils; will He not also grant what is needful for the body? Encourage your son to suffer wrong if he has been wronged, for this is not hard but lightens the spirit. Let him entrust all to God, who brings gain out of loss and glory out of shame. Pray, then, not simply for a change in outward appearance, but that he may draw down grace through a quiet and steadfast heart, and the rest will follow as the Healer sees fit.

The curses that were spoken from Mount Ebal stood as solemn warnings for those who turned away from God’s commands. They were heavy words, and the people answered “Amen,” acknowledging that judgment would be just if they walked in disobedience. Yet the burden of every curse finds its answer in Jesus. He took the full weight of that condemnation upon Himself, bearing our griefs and carrying our sorrows. He became what we deserved so that the curse could be broken and removed. So when you pray for deliverance for your son, you are not pleading into the void. You are standing on the finished work of Christ, who has authority to silence every accusation and every lingering effect of sin’s penalty. The curse is not ended by human strength; it is ended because Jesus absorbed it. Pray, then, not in fear but in faith, knowing that the voice of the Law has been silenced by the voice of mercy.

As for the healing of past hurts, it is often a gradual work. The Scriptures show us that not every healing came instantly. Some were touched, some were spoken to, and one man saw his sight return in stages. That same principle applies to the wounds we carry inside. The healing of memories, of deep emotional scars, is no less divine than the mending of a body. God may work over time, layer by layer, bringing peace where there was turmoil and freedom where there was bondage. Do not despise the process. The very nature He created is designed to restore, and He is present in every step. What matters is that you keep bringing these hurts to Him, refusing to let them become the story you live in. The past can try to hold you captive, replaying old injuries and keeping you from moving forward. But there is a holy way of counting all that as loss. Paul looked back on a whole life of misguided zeal, everything he once prized, and he said, “I counted it loss.” Decades later, he was still counting it refuse, not because he pretended it never happened, but because his present walk with Christ made it irrelevant. He refused to let the past define him. In the same way, your son can be released from the weight of what others did to him. That does not mean the pain never existed, but it means it no longer gets the final word.

Losing weight safely is another kind of healing, a physical renewal that often happens not in a dramatic moment but through steady, disciplined steps. It requires patience with the body, wise choices, and dependence on God for strength. The same Spirit who calmed the sea and cast out evil powers can bring order and self-control where there has been struggle. Pray for that practical grace. Ask the Lord to set healthy rhythms in your son’s life, to heal the inner wounds that may drive unhealthy patterns, and to restore his body in a way that honors God and brings him health. The One who bore our sicknesses cares about the whole person: mind, emotions, and body.

Do not carry this burden as though you must find the perfect prayer formula. Trust that Jesus sees, that He hears, and that He is able. The curses are silenced in Him. The hurts can be healed, step by step. The physical restoration can happen in time. Keep praying with that confidence, and encourage your son to fix his eyes not on what lies behind but on the excellency of knowing Christ Jesus, for in that knowledge there is true release.
